2nd time in 4 years I’ve had surgery through surgery TR , amazing , smooth experience from start to finish , Emery my host was brilliant , he made my journey even more brilliant Damla our point of contact in the uk was brilliant from the outset. The surgeon MR Gokhan Temiz was so nice and he listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted , Thank you to everyone involved as I know I haven’t named everyone but thank you to all . I highly recommend Foremedi to anyone. They are a group of professionals (surgeon, hospital staff, patient coordinator/translator ) extremely proficient in what they do. I had done my research prior to choosing Foremedi and their responsiveness, honesty, professionalism prior to my trip to Antalya convinced me that they are a trusted group. From the moment I arrived to Antalya, I was greeted by a proficient English speaking patient coordinator who had arranged for blood and other tests prior to my surgery. He guided me to all those appointments without any waiting or delays. I was then transported in a luxury Mercedes van to the hotel. A very nice beach front hotel in great location, about 15 minutes away from the hospital and about 5 minutes away from the surgeon’s office/clinic. On the day of surgery, I got picked up promptly and once again greeted by very kind and knowledgeable patient coordinator (Mr. Chatai). The pre surgery process was very thorough and perfectly on time. After the surgery, I stayed one night at the hospital and the nurses/staff were very attentive. They even used Google translator to communicate with me. I got excellent care over night and discharged the next day. The patient coordinator was perfectly on time to pick me up, even filled my prescription and I was dropped off to the hotel. At the hotel, he was in constant communication with me and the surgeon to ensure that there weren’t any problems. I was picked up two days after the surgery to meet the surgeon in his office. He removed the bandages and kindly updated me that all is well. The surgeon spoke great English too. I barely felt that I was getting a procedure in a foreign country. They made everything so smooth and accommodating. They exceeded all my expectations. I am extremely pleased and will definitely go back for any needed plastic surgery. Bravo Foremedi

Kapıdan içeri adımımı atar atmaz hastanenin ilgili çalışanları beni karşıladı, ateşimi ölçerek sorularını sordular, maueyene girişimi yapan arkadaşlar gayet güler yüzlüydü, yönlendirme konusunda da yardımcı oldular. hemşirenin desteğinden doktorun muayenesinden çok memnun kaldım, asistanlar da beni bekletmeden yardımcı oldular. Hastanede sürekli etrafı temizleyen personeller vardı ve her yer çok temizdi, dezenfekte süreçlerine dikkat ettiklerini gördüm, her şeyden çok memnun kaldım tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederim.

12 August 2020 My doctor Behram Yıldırım ŞimşekThanks to my femtolassic laser surgery, he successfully performed the surgery and saved me from glasses. On the first day of the surgery, you are not like you are blind, you have about 50 percent vision. On the first day of the surgery, you give you a sedative pill, then the doctor comes and tells you about the surgery, then the nurse takes you up to the 2nd floor, puts a surgical gown on the bonnet, cleans the bottom of your eyes and drops drugs into your eyes. Then you go into the operation there are 2 femtolassic machines that I amOne is the cornea cutting machine and the other is the laser pulsing machine.When your cornea is cut in the first machine, do not be afraid, then you will look at the green light that will remove the cut cornea in the other machine, then the doctor will remove the light smell and air in the laser pulse, do not look for the green point, do not move your eyes after the laser is finished, it washes your eye with a strange liquid and it washes your cornea with a tool similar to a watercolor brush. He closes it, then drops antibiotics into your eyes and the process is over.Then you get up, you may feel slightly strange, the nurse is holding your arm, there is already a slight blur, it is very normal because your cornea is not fully adhered yet, it takes 48 hours to stick. There are two drops they took you before the operation, one antibiotic and one artificial tear show how to do it in the hospital nurse. One gives your eyes protective glasses at first burn There is no such thing, then when the effect of the drowsy drowsy ends, your eyes start to water and you don't want to open your eyes, but it is perfect to feel what you see from the first day. These complaints last for only 6 7 hours.When you wake up in the morning, you do not have such a complaint, there is a slight burning and dryness in between, you can relieve them with drops. thank you.

Recovery time depends on the type of surgery you underwent, your age, and overall health. It is generally recommended to rest your eyes for a few days. With LASIK, you may be able to return to work after a day. After a corneal transplant, you should wait for 2 to 3 weeks until you go back to work.
What Aftercare is Required?
Your ophthalmologist will give you instructions to care for your eye after the procedure. It is crucial that you follow all of them to have a quick recovery and obtain optimum results. However, it is important to be aware of the risks and side effects of eye treatments and surgeries, such as dry eyes, temporary visual problems, overcorrections, under correction, astigmatism, regression, and, very rarely, vision loss.
Are there Alternatives?
