I highly recommend Foremedi to anyone. They are a group of professionals (surgeon, hospital staff, patient coordinator/translator ) extremely proficient in what they do. I had done my research prior to choosing Foremedi and their responsiveness, honesty, professionalism prior to my trip to Antalya convinced me that they are a trusted group. From the moment I arrived to Antalya, I was greeted by a proficient English speaking patient coordinator who had arranged for blood and other tests prior to my surgery. He guided me to all those appointments without any waiting or delays. I was then transported in a luxury Mercedes van to the hotel. A very nice beach front hotel in great location, about 15 minutes away from the hospital and about 5 minutes away from the surgeon’s office/clinic. On the day of surgery, I got picked up promptly and once again greeted by very kind and knowledgeable patient coordinator (Mr. Chatai). The pre surgery process was very thorough and perfectly on time. After the surgery, I stayed one night at the hospital and the nurses/staff were very attentive. They even used Google translator to communicate with me. I got excellent care over night and discharged the next day. The patient coordinator was perfectly on time to pick me up, even filled my prescription and I was dropped off to the hotel. At the hotel, he was in constant communication with me and the surgeon to ensure that there weren’t any problems. I was picked up two days after the surgery to meet the surgeon in his office. He removed the bandages and kindly updated me that all is well. The surgeon spoke great English too. I barely felt that I was getting a procedure in a foreign country. They made everything so smooth and accommodating. They exceeded all my expectations. I am extremely pleased and will definitely go back for any needed plastic surgery. Bravo Foremedi

From start to finish my experience with Dr Cem and his rep Mo has been great. My op was only less than a week ago so I can’t fully comment on my results but my experience has been wonderful so far. I did temporarily see my nose for the first time after op 5 days later and prepared myself for the worse due to swelling and watching videos of others, but to my surprise was already very impressed with the new shape. I know that it’ll only get better with time and patience. The communication, medical experience and support have been amazing even now when I’m back in my resident country. I know that I can message Mo anytime and he’ll always respond with an answer. I would highly recommend Dr Cem, I love that he only specialises in noses!!

Very pleased with the entire experience during my stay in Turkey with both Mita Health and the doctor that did my rhinoplasty, Dr. Gökhan Semerci. The surgeon was brilliant, surgery went well and I have no visible scars or any issues, everything healead well. The entire journey went smoothly, hotel was lovely, transfers from the airport to the hotel or hospital and return were always on time. Food was really nice. Good communication and Raneen always answered all my questions and reassured me when I was in doubt 😊 Best decision I ever made, really happy with my new nose. Thank you

2nd time in 4 years I’ve had surgery through surgery TR , amazing , smooth experience from start to finish , Emery my host was brilliant , he made my journey even more brilliant Damla our point of contact in the uk was brilliant from the outset. I would like to express my deep gratitude to our doctor Abdullah Çalik who operated on me and my sister. Almost a couple of months have passed since the operation, the result exceeded all our expectations! Rehabilitation is still in progress, but everything is going well and calmly. We also thank all the nurses for their warm care and attention to us. Special thanks and respect to the cool guy Furkan, who supported us both before and after operations, organizing everything we needed for comfortable movement, accommodation and a good mood. I had my Gastric Sleeve with NewMe Health in August 2023. From the first contact I made to Nesrin, right through to when my driver dropped me back at Antalya the experience was amazing. I had a family member who had previously been to this clinic so I had a good recommendation. I am so glad I chose these guys! The team are amazing! Dr Mani performed my surgery. He is a lovely man and made me feel at ease. The hospital was very comfortable, clean and the nurses were brilliant and caring. Not once did I have to ask for anything, they were on top of everything. Nesrin, Eren and Irmak are wonderful people. It was so comforting to see Eren and Irmak’s faces every day, and they are very helpful! I was so nervous, but would recommend NewMe Health Clinic in a heartbeat

I had a very good experience with travel medi. In the beginning I was fearful of going all the way to turkey for my breast augmentation, but my travel coordinator Berat was wonderful, he answered all my questions promptly and he helped to turn my fear into excitement. Everything was very well organized from the transfers and hotel, to the pre and post op appointments to the surgery itself. The hotel location is excellent as everything you need is in walking distance and the area is one of the best and safest in Istanbul. Berat was always available if I had any questions, and I felt very looked after. Dr Esra Bilgen is very efficient and an excellent surgeon. She understood what I wanted immediately and she made recommendations according to her expertise. I felt that my surgery went very well, my results are amazing, and the pain has been very manageable with the medications prescribed. I did not even have any bruising with tells me that she is a very skilled and gentle surgeon. I definitely recommend travel medi, and if I ever have anything done in the future they will be my top choice.

Words can’t describe how amazing doctor Seckin is, I can’t thank him and his team enough, he goes out of his way to help you, he is kind, compassionate, gentle and most importantly a master in his craft, I don’t think any surgeon in turkey come even close to his expertise, he explained to me from the start about my realistic expectations, he spent hours on my operation and made sure I was well, he followed up every now and then with a text message to see how I am doing or If I have any issues, if you are thinking of rhinoplasty go with dr seckin.

I have just returned from my stay in Turkey… I come from Belgium… and I have absolutely no regrets about Tower dental, they recommended it to me and no regrets… the team is great, all smiling, the surgeon at the top… my translator at the top and adorable… he was quite patient with me… I'm super afraid of the dentist in general, I didn't have any pain at all… I had a pretty tough experience at the beginning but can't wait to come back in 5 months for the finale…. What you need to know about Rhinoplasty in Turkey
Rhinoplasty, commonly known as the “nose job,” is plastic surgery to change the shape of the nose and to improve its function. This procedure can be performed for medical and cosmetic reasons. Those with breathing problems caused by a birth defect, deviated septum, sinusitis, or an injury to the nose, as well as those who are not happy with the appearance of their nose, can undergo rhinoplasty.
Rhinoplasty has a number of benefits. However, the most compelling reason for patients to have this surgery is to improve the appearance of their noses, which can boost their self-esteem significantly. Besides altering the form and size of your nose, the procedure can also strengthen the bridge, narrow the nostrils, and reshape the tip.
While anyone can undergo rhinoplasty, teenagers are advised to wait until their nose has reached its adult size.
What does a Rhinoplasty Procedure Involve?
During rhinoplasty, you will be given local or general anesthesia to make sure that you are comfortable and you don't feel any pain. Your surgeon might perform the procedure inside your nose or through an incision at the base of your nose.
Changing the shape of your nasal bones or cartilage can be done in several ways, depending on how much needs to be added or removed, available materials, and your nose’s structure.
If your nose needs to be augmented because you want to increase its size, prosthetic implants or cartilage from your nasal septum or ear is used. Once your surgeon is done altering the shape of your nose and correcting any defect, they will place the nose’s skin and tissue back, then close the incisions with stitches.
How Long Should I Stay in Turkey for a Rhinoplasty Procedure?
Depending on the complexity of the procedure and the type of anesthesia used, you may be able to leave the hospital on the same day or stay in the hospital for a day or two. The surgery itself takes around 1.5 to 3 hours to complete. Once you are discharged from the hospital, you should not leave Turkey right away. Instead, plan to stay about 10 to 14 days for initial recovery and follow-up checkups. A week following the surgery, your surgeon will remove your stitches.
What's the Recovery Time for Rhinoplasty Procedures in Turkey?
You generally need to wait at least 2 to 3 weeks until you can resume most of your normal activities. However, you should not perform any strenuous activities, such as intense exercise, for about 3 to 6 weeks. During the first few days after the surgery, you will experience some swelling around your eyes, but these will subside within 3 to 14 days. You will also have to wear a nasal splint for about a week following the surgery.
What sort of Aftercare is Required for Rhinoplasty Procedures in Turkey?
Since you may experience some discomfort, your surgeon will give you painkillers to ease any pain and discomfort. Make sure to take the pain medication as prescribed. For a couple of weeks following the surgery, you should not blow your nose, as well as laughing or talking too much. You also need to avoid any clothes that need to be pulled over your head and glasses on your nose for a few weeks. Always make sure to cover your nose while going out in the sun during your recovery period.
It's important that you avoid bumping or hitting your nose, and keep your nose safe and protected from anything that could misalign the bones and undo the results. To help you recover smoothly and quickly, eat healthy and nutritious food.
What's the Success Rate of Rhinoplasty Procedures in Turkey?
Rhinoplasty is considered one of the most complicated facial cosmetic surgeries. However, thanks to the advances in technology and surgeons’ extensive experience, the procedure has a very high success rate of between 85% and 90%.
Although rhinoplasty is generally safe, it does carry some potential risks of complications and side effects, including bleeding, infection, allergic reaction to the anesthesia, permanent numbness in your nose, difficulty breathing through the nose, an uneven-looking nose, discoloration, persisting pain, scarring, septal perforation, and a need for additional surgery.
Are there Alternatives to Rhinoplasty Procedures in Turkey?
If you are unable to undergo rhinoplasty, you can opt for its minimally invasive or noninvasive alternatives, such as filler injections or Botox. Both filler injections and Botox are noninvasive and require only a very short visit with your doctor. It works by injecting the substance into your nose to change its shape. Many people choose these methods because it is not as painful as rhinoplasty, requires little to no downtime, and no incision or stitches are involved.
If you want to improve your breathing, you may be recommended to use nasal strips. The nasal strip is a type of bandage with adhesive-embedded splints or plastic ribs that is applied across the bridge of the nose and the sides of the nostrils. It can keep the airway open, making breathing easier.
