Ik ben zeer tevreden over Transhair. Je wordt goed geholpen en tijdens de behandeling goed begeleid. Maandag 21 september heb ik mijn 2de FUE behandeling in Dortmund. (1e was in Vlijmen, eind 2018). Deze afspraak heb ik redelijk last minute gemaakt ivm corona en dat ik gebonden zit aan mijn vakantie eind september heeft adviseur Robin kunnen regelen dat ik in Dortmund word geholpen. Thanks!

I have had two FUT procedures and two FUE procedures with a leading UK clinic and although happy with what was done with the FUT I felt the 1000 FUE I had with them was a waste of time and my hairline was not improving or being lowered which I hoped was the case when I went for the FUE. The hairline became pluggy looking and had gaps which the patient advisor more for less told me was an optical illusion. Being dis-satisfied with the result and the response I decided to look elsewhere and researched FUE extensively. Dr Bisanga was the one person whose work and reviews looked outstanding and so I booked a consultation with him via his excellent patient advisor Stephen. On the day of my consultation I told Dr Bisanga I wanted an honest appraisal of the work already carried out and he gave me a very professional opinion which I greatly appreciated. He also advised as to how and where things could be much improved. I was immediately comfortable in his company and impressed by his consultancy and within a week and a half I was in the surgery in Belgium with the intention of having 800-1000 FUE. Once I got shaved down however the previous surgery's shortcoming's were laid bare. I had extensive FUE scarring to the area harvested caused by extremely poor work and knowledge of extraction techniques and considerable gaps/thin patches in areas. The surgery we now settled on was 1800 FUE for my hairline and filling of gaps. The marking out of the recipient areas and the extraction patterns for harvested areas were done by Dr B and the planting was done flawlessly by the fabulous technicians and Dr B was checking in periodically to supervise works. I was on my way back to my hotel at 5pm with all my post op care and instructions and felt I had been in the care of consummate professionals throughout my day.I am now three weeks post op. The extraction area was invisible after ten days and the recipient area clean after ten days. No evidence I had been touched aside from lovely dark areas on my hairline and in the gaps Dr B filled. Contrastingly the FUE area from my previous clinic is still very visible, scarred white and noticeably thinner, its is almost like an inscription with shapes from where the surgeon pulled follicles wrapping in a band from ear to ear. I will say at this point that the difference between Dr B and the previous surgeon is akin to the difference between a back street garage and an F1 mechanic team. So I await the growth and the result of Dr Bisanga's endeavour's with the utmost confidence. I will caution anyone considering HT in the UK to think twice. My previous work was done at great expense and probably cuts a 5 out of 10 with the FUE element rating a zero and it was performed at probably the best known and leading UK clinic. My experience with BHR has made me wish I had known about Dr B at the start of my journey. The consultation, the surgery, the recovery and the communication are fabulous in comparison with my previous and I am so glad to have come under the auspices of this fabulous team.

Hair restoration treatment is a solution for those who are battling hair loss or balding due to aging or diseases. The main goal is to give patients a full head of hair, as well as to improve their appearance and confidence. Hair restoration can be performed by dermatologists or plastic surgeons. There are numerous different types of hair restoration, ranging from non-surgical to surgical treatments. Some of the most common are:
The length of stay in Belgium can be different for every person, depending on the type of hair restoration procedure you underwent. In general, you may need to stay in Belgium for 2 to 7 days until you are allowed to travel home.
Different hair restoration procedures have different recovery times. With medications, microneedling, and PRP, no recovery time is usually needed. However, you may be advised to take it easy and avoid strenuous activities for 24 to 48 hours. With scalp micro-pigmentation, hairline lowering surgery, and hair transplant, you may need to take around 5 to 10 days off work. During this period, you should also avoid any strenuous activities.
A detailed aftercare instruction will be given by your doctor. It is vital that you follow all of these instructions to get the best results and avoid complications. You may be asked to avoid hair accessories and styling your hair until your scalp has fully healed.
With continuous research, improvement in treatment techniques, and advancement in technology, hair restoration procedures are now more successful and safer than ever before. For example, the success rate of hair transplant now ranges from 95% to 98%, and modern hair transplant gives more natural results.
If you do not want to undergo any medical procedures or take any medications, you can try other hairstyles or use a wig as the non-surgical alternatives. It is best, however, that you consult your doctor regarding the best alternatives for your specific case.
Whilst the information presented here has been accurately sourced and verified by a medical professional for its accuracy, it is still advised to consult with your doctor before pursuing a medical treatment at one of the listed medical providers
