Eros and his colleague are very professional and experienced in helping my husband, arranging for his Medel device to be assessed for repair. If you need an ENT for a toddler or an adult this doctor is amazing! My 4 year old had recurring ear infections for months on end and the previous ENT kept prescribing the same antibiotics over and over and had no patience for children. Dr. Loy made my son feel at ease, calmly explained everything he would be doing and let him play with a toy car from his desk. This may not seem like a big deal, but the difference in bedside manner between our two doctors was huge. Not only is he kind, but he was very thorough. Found the problem and gave us a great non invasive prevention for further infection. We haven't had an infection since. When I came down with an ear infection, I also booked an appointment with him. Again, he was thorough in his exam, explains everything clearly, and his appointments seem to always run on time. I would recommend him over and over.

Dr Pang is an excellent ENT surgeon. He has done surgeries for two family members of mine and we are very thankful to have him with us throughout both journeys. Dr Pang has an excellent bedside manner and is so, so good with children. He accurately and very swiftly diagnosed the issue with my child and prescribed the right treatment options, which saw such a dramatic improvement in my child that it was almost unbelievable. We also truly appreciate Dr Pang for being very, very patient and friendly. His humour always saw us leaving his clinic in laughter... An impeccable gentleman indeed. When surgery became an option, he was able to explain very clearly the surgical procedures despite my many incessant questions. He was refreshingly honest and sincere with his advice. Throughout the journey with him, I felt that he treated my child like his own. The sincere and fatherly advice and treatment options were very much treasured.

My ear is itchy for more than 6 years and was seeing different dr before. Recently got tinnitus as well. My general dr referred him to me. The service is very good, Dr Soh and the nurses are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. After my first visit, my situation getting much better! Strongly recommend!
