I went to have treatment today for my shoulder neck janet was so nice explain everything as she looked after me little soar now but looking forward to next treatment next week thanks janet for all your help
Absolutely incredible health solutions. I've had sports related leg muscle issues for +10 years. I have been to so many western doctors and physios, paid a fortune and no solutions. I used to run marathons and had to stop all cardio years ago. This doctor asked me a few questions and was able to pinpoint my issues. In a 1 hour session of acupuncture and cupping. to get the blood circulation going, I got pain relief and tightness in my legs gone. It may be temporary until I have a number of treatments but truly unbelievable. I will require a number of treatments to ensure the healing takes place and I am so grateful to have found this place. For anyone that is looking for someone with integrity who wants to heal, this is the place. Amazing for health in general.
I would highly recommend this clinic. I was only once and found it on Google due its great ranking. I was really in pain and was very thankful that I got appointment at short notice. Lei Xue is true professional and expert. I am terrified of doctors of all sorts and needles but at the moment I sat in front of Lei Xue, I was confident that she would help me and she did. I am so so grateful and happy that I discover place where to turn to if I have some health issues but also for regular maintaining of my body health.
I had been suffering from pain in most of my joints and muscles, also in my arms and shoulders and back, with severe pain in my lower back for a number of years. I also have had a lot of stress in my life over the last five years. All of this while affecting my body also affected my sleep and because of this I had no energy, barely getting through each day in work, coming home each day and even though I was tired I couldn’t sleep it was a vicious circle. I have tried medication and physiotherapy both of which helped a little however the pains return each time and the thought of taking medication for a unknown length of time did not appeal to me, especially as I wasn’t seeing any significant improvement. I had heard about Declan through my husband who had previously been treated by him. I started treatment with Declan at the end of August this year and haven’t looked back since. Declan was very professional and welcoming at my appointments. He has a very approachable, kind and calming nature and I was able to explain to him my history and everything that was going on in my life. At my first appointment Declan went through my medical history and took a note of everything. He also went through my lifestyle and the stresses of my life in general. On starting my treatment while at first I was nervous I quickly relaxed. I could see improvement from my first treatment and for the first time in years I had a full nights sleep also the severe pain in my lower back had eased. I have been attending Declan since then for treatment and my joint and muscle pains have improved significantly. My stress levels have subsided and I find now that I am able to handle stress when it occurs better. My energy levels have increased to such an extent that I’m back walking something that I haven’t had the energy to do on a regular basis in over a year. The treatment has also helped my general wellbeing in that I feel much better in myself. As a 50+ woman I find that the mood swings brought on by my hormones have improved too, this is a bonus for me. I would highly recommend Declan to anyone who is thinking about having some acupuncture done.
I did my aromatherapy course, reflexology diploma and Reiki level 1 with Jenny and Naomi at Essentials. Once you walk through that door, it becomes a second home! Jenny is an amazing mentor, and Naomi really knows her stuff.. I couldn't recommend Essentials enough for anyone looking to further their holistic career or simply receive an amazing treatment. All the ladies who offer treatments at Essentials are top notch - from aromatherapy massage to acupuncture and Reiki, I've received them all!
The quality of life I have now is down to Caroline and her magic hands, thank you so much Caroline.
Joanne is a true gem. Whether you are suffering from stress, muscle tension, or need some cupping. She is the woman for you. She will listen and work with you to resolve your issues. She is a wealth of knowledge. PS. She came highly recommended by 3 people.
Since I started accupunture with Linda I feel much more relaxed and positive within myself and my situation. Linda is a great help, very professional and pleasant lady with a great understanding of people and what they are going through personally. Due a busy life schedule Linda gave me the option to change between her clinics in different locations which has been very convenient and helpful to me. I would definitely recommend Linda's accupunture and looking forward to continuing my fertility journal with her.
Excellent facilities and service. Acupuncture and massage. Top of the range
I went to Malou as a last resort before lower back surgery. I was on a lot of pain medication when I first met her.The day of my 3rd session was my first day in 4 months without any medication. I'm not "cured" yet but in a way better place without medication. Thanks you are fantastic 👏
I can't say enough good things about the staff and the food.. To die for.. Just an overall SOUND place, they deserve the business they get because they're not scabby with portions and it's just unbeatable, had one this morning!

The Acupuncture, also known as acupuncture, is a time-honored Chinese medical practice that involves the strategic insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body. It's a method used to harmonize the flow of energy or life force, known as Qi or Chi, believed to traverse along channels in your body. Acupuncture is typically employed for managing numerous conditions, including chronic pain, anxiety, stress, depression, nausea, migraines, and certain health conditions. Familiarizing yourself with the procedure can mitigate any concerns you may have.
In Ireland, rest assured that the Acupuncture is administered by certified and seasoned practitioners. The procedure has a commendable safety record when performed by a trained practitioner. The needles used are typically as thin as hair strands, causing minimal to no discomfort upon insertion. In fact, sensations such as slight tingling or aching are considered normal and are an indication that the treatment is working.
The expense of the Acupuncture in Ireland can differ significantly, largely hinging on the practitioner's experience, the duration and complexity of the sessions, and the required number of sessions. It's worth noting that while some insurance providers cover acupuncture, others may not. Therefore, it's prudent to verify this with your provider beforehand. For those without insurance coverage, there's no cause for concern as many clinics offer a range of payment options and plans.
Remember, prioritizing your health is an invaluable investment, and while cost is a key consideration, the potential health benefits and effectiveness of the treatment should also carry weight. Engaging in a thorough discussion with your healthcare provider about the cost and potential benefits will provide a clearer perspective, aiding in an informed decision-making process.
The Acupuncture, commonly recognized as acupuncture, is a holistic treatment that entails the insertion of thin, sterilized needles into precise points on the body to balance the body's energy flow or Qi. The process aims to stimulate the body's healing responses and enhance general well-being. An in-depth understanding of the procedure can help to relieve any apprehensions and prepare you better for the treatment.
In Ireland, the procedure begins with a comprehensive consultation where your practitioner will ask about your health history and symptoms. This information allows them to determine the most effective treatment plan for you. During the treatment, the practitioner inserts needles into specific acupuncture points. The needles will remain in place for about 10-20 minutes while you lie still and relax. There is usually no discomfort when the needles are inserted. The practitioner may also apply heat or mild electrical pulses to the needles in some cases.
The Acupuncture, or acupuncture, lasts about 30 minutes to an hour per session, and you can typically leave immediately after the treatment. It’s important to budget time for a pre-treatment consultation and post-treatment rest period, as well.
Generally, there's no required length of stay in Ireland after a Acupuncture. However, depending on your condition, multiple sessions may be recommended. Therefore, be sure to discuss this with your practitioner and plan your stay accordingly. Also, it's advisable to take into account any potential travel restrictions or requirements in Ireland due to public health measures.
A major advantage of the Acupuncture or acupuncture, is that it requires virtually no recovery time. Most individuals feel relaxed and rejuvenated after the treatment and are able to resume their daily activities without any downtime. It's important, however, to be aware of how your body reacts to the treatment and to allow yourself time to rest and recuperate if necessary.
Post-procedure, your practitioner in Ireland will discuss the results of the treatment with you and provide guidance for any necessary follow-up sessions. As always, maintaining open communication with your healthcare provider, reporting any unusual symptoms, and adhering to their advice is the key to ensuring the best outcomes.
The Acupuncture, or acupuncture, boasts a high success rate for a variety of conditions, thanks to its holistic approach to healing. This age-old treatment is famed for its efficacy in managing conditions like chronic pain, migraines, anxiety, insomnia and a multitude of other health conditions. Its efficacy in promoting physical and emotional well-being contributes significantly to its high success rate.
In Ireland, the procedure is conducted by certified practitioners who are well-versed in ensuring the effectiveness of the treatment. The success rate of the procedure can also heavily depend on the patient's commitment to follow-up sessions and adherence to any supplementary care or lifestyle modifications suggested by the practitioner. Thus, an open line of communication with your healthcare provider can play a vital role in the overall success of the treatment.
Acupressure and cold laser therapy are common alternatives to acupuncture. Other alternatives to acupuncture depend on the reason you need the procedure. For instance, if you have lower back pain you can try chiropractic manipulation or therapy. Acupuncture is a complementary therapy, so it is advisable to be used alongside conventional medical treatments in cases of severe or chronic diseases.
Before acupuncture, you may experience pain, such as back pain and neck pain, or headaches. After the procedure, you may feel instant pain relief and feel deeply relaxed. Some people also become more emotionally sensitive for a short time following the treatment.
