It is a well known hospital. Underground food court restaurants are also delicious. It's always a busy place to go.
Hi guys, I feel like not many people on here mentioned VG Plastic Surgery ( maybe because the place is not heavily promoted in foreigners).I’ve been silently considering my revision rhinoplasty because I’ve never been satisfied with my primary rhinoplasty. It always felt like a really big decision to make but I constantly got annoyed at my nose. I hated taking pictures from the front because of my uneven nose ( kind like collapsed the left side of the nose).I found out about VG plastic surgery by chance while I read the reviews on the Purseforum blog, someone has mentioned the name of VG. I stumbled across a video on YouTube and Instagram. I liked the whole feeling of the hospital so I contacted them. They do 1:1 online consultation which was nice. The English consultant Julia, she is the one who assisted me and arranged for me to get a direct online consultation with Dr.Im Young Min ( CEO of VG and specialized in revision rhinoplasty ). She worked tirelessly to help me when I was doing online consultation and in-person consultation in Korea, to just before and all throughout after my surgery. She was always making herself available to me either in person at the clinic or online via LINE. She's probably one of the busiest employees at the clinic as she handles all of the English speakings foreign patients. I really appreciate her.Dr.Im Young Min is really good with rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, and alarplasty ( has natural & dolly looking results). Dr.Im seemed professional and straightforward about what can and cannot be done. I feel like it’s better to know beforehand instead of being disappointed because of unrealistic expectations. It’s about 3 months post-op and so far I am liking the results. I have not regretted getting my revision rhinoplasty at VG Plastic Surgery. Overall I have a great experience and now I’m waiting for my final results ❤️
I would highly recommend Nana Plastic Surgery Clinic. I had a full mommy makeover and Dr Hwang did a great job! The language barrier was never a problem thanks to the amazing English consultant Kylie. She has put in hours helping me …
I haven’t had any type of plastic surgery before so I was a little nervous going in, but all the staff at 1mm made it really easy for me. My areas of focus were the lower abdomen, lower arm, axillary breast tissue and inner thighs. During my online consultation they let me know that since I was already slim mini lipo would be a better option for me. When I came in for my in-person consultation the doctor and consulting staff were very thorough in asking what kind of shaping I wanted and also letting me know what would and would not be possible, which I appreciated. On the day of the surgery I was quite nervous but as they explained what was going to happen it helped calm me down and by the time it came to the actual surgery I was more excited than anything else. Before the surgery I met with the doctor one last time so that he could map the areas. He said he thought I looked pretty calm. Nice to know I’m good at acting. Right after the surgery I met with the doctor again who explained how everything went, which it thankfully went according to plan, and just answered any questions I had regarding aftercare. I’ve heard instances of people describing the procedure as painful but rather than that I would say it felt more like discomfort equatable to a muscle ache. I was even able to catch a bus home myself a few hours after. This was my first ever surgical procedure of any kind and the doctor and staff at 1mm really made it a pleasant experience throughout. My korean isn’t great so they always had someone there to translate for me and just stay with me to answer questions or just help me feel more relaxed. I didn't have anyone accompany me to any of my appointments so that was really nice. All in all it was a positive experienced I know where I'm going to go if I ever decide to do anything else.
Very kind and nice
I travel from Thailand to have bigger breasts and I glad to come here. More expensive than Thailand, but I not trust doctor here so much as korean
This hospital is wonderful hospital! Staffs are kind. Doctors are proficient! Price is reasonable!
Professional and diligent throughout the whole process. Many many thanks to all involved, including MyMedi
I am delighted to offer a review for ATOP Plastic Surgery Clinic. From the moment I received my first reply from Leah on my inquiry for council from ATOP until my last follow-up, I have been treated with care and kindness throughout. The professionalism by the entire staff has always been shown and helped ease my concerns of the potential procedure. In addition, since I do not speak Korean and only English, both Leah and Anna who spoke excellent English were always available for accurate translation. After my first conversation with Anna, she explained all the details and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Once Dr. Ahn came in for the consultation he was extremely nice, professional, and helped me understand what the best course of action would be to correct the brow sag that was affecting my peripheral vision. While my sagging brows were affecting my vision, it was also affecting my ability to read without getting extremely tired. Once the procedure was complete, I immediately noticed the difference and was able to read without getting tired and my peripheral vision was greatly improved. Thank you, Dr. Ahn and staff for your professionalism and kindness and I will offer my recommendation to those interested in the ATOP Plastic Surgery Clinic.
It was good to have a consultation with the director who specializes in surgery surgery. The results are also satisfactory!
I did Rhinoplasty, ear surgery and lower blepharoplasty at BK, staff are very friendly and spoke English.

I highly recommend this facility, the staff were very accommodating and friendly! They did a great job at my lip fillers
Christy was simply amazing and very helpful. Her English is exceptional and she was extremely friendly which really helped me with my anxiety. My case was difficult as my previous Rhinoplasty was infected and got really bad and I was scared that I wouldn’t be able to get my normal nose back. However, Dr Kim was a true professional and he was honest with me that he would only be able to fix about 80%. To be honest I was disappointed hearing that but in the end I’d rather have a doctor who is upfront with me about what he can and cannot do than making false promises. I am now more than half a year post op ( 8 months) and the nose is shaping up alright! Albeit the parts where he couldn’t fix still bothers me a lot but all in all I’m glad to have a normal life back. Thank you Dr Kim, Christy, and all the staff at April 31!

Eyelid surgery, commonly known as blepharoplasty, is a form of plastic surgery that can be used to either improve the appearance of the eye region of the face or fix problems that exist in the eyelids itself. The treatment is almost always done for cosmetic purposes, with the goal being to make the patient look younger and more attentive.
However, in certain situations, it can also improve sight in people who have droopy upper eyelids that come in the way of their field of vision. This is the case in people who have droopy upper eyelids that go in the way of their range of vision.
Several elements influence the price of undergoing an Eyelid Surgery in Thailand, such as the experience and skill of the surgeon, the complexity of the operation, and the operational facilities.
Generally speaking, the Eyelid Surgery price in Thailand fluctuates between $2,000 and $5,000 per eye, which includes only the surgeon's expense. Other related costs, such as anesthesia, operating room services, and other associated fees, are not included in this figure.
Classic health insurance normally does not take care of the costs of cosmetic operations like Eyelid Surgery. If the surgery is executed for health-related or functional reasons, like rectifying vision problems caused by sagging eyelids, insurance could cover most of the cost. Nevertheless, it's advisable always to verify first with your insurance broker and the chosen healthcare center in Thailand to understand what costs are covered.
During the operation, it's common for you to receive a local anesthesia injection around the eye, together with a mild sedative to ease your nervousness. If you need both your upper and lower eyelids addressed, the surgeon usually starts with the upper lids. The surgical operation commences with the surgeon cutting incisions following the natural folds of the eyelid.
Subsequently, the surgeon takes out any surplus skin, fat, and muscle tissue prior to stitching the cuts shut. After finishing the task on the upper eyelid, the surgeon shifts to the lower eyelid. The first step here involves making an incision below your lower eyelashes; then unnecessary skin and muscle tissue are eradicated, and the injury is sewn up.
If South Korea is either not your current living destination or if you've voyaged there particularly for the Eyelid Surgery, it becomes necessary to factor in this suggested duration of stay. Doing this grants you ample time to rest and begin the preliminary phase of recovery under the watchful guidance of your healthcare team. This approach ensures the prevention of post-surgery complications. The opportunity to adapt to your new appearance post-operation in a professional and supportive setting also promotes a more relaxed and worry-free recuperation process.
Afterward, during your subsequent appointment generally arranged a few days following the surgery, your doctor in South Korea will not only take out your stitches but also examine your recovery progress. They will also provide individualized guidance for your aftercare and respond to any of your questions about maintaining the results of your treatment. This holistic strategy is developed to present to you the safest, most efficacious Eyelid Surgery experience in South Korea.
Eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty can sound quite serious. But don't worry, most people recover well. Just remember, everyone heals from surgery differently. After the operation, you might have some swelling or bruising around your eyes. This can last for up to two weeks - that's normal, it’s just your body healing.
After about five days, you should be able to get back to your normal routine - things like going to work, exercising, or even lifting heavy stuff. Now, if you're a contact lens wearer, it's a bit different. You need to wait at least two weeks after the surgery before putting them in. The doctor handling your case will give you all the detailed information you need for your recovery. Each person is unique, and so is their recovery journey, so follow your doctor's advice closely.
After eyelid surgery, you'll receive specific instructions from your surgeon which are really important to follow. Your surgeon will guide you on taking care of the wound and any limitations, for example, not scratching your eyes and keeping away from smoky environments, like those created by cigarettes. This is super important to make sure you heal properly.
Being gentle with your eyelids during this time is key. You may need to carefully clean your eyelids and use prescribed eye drops or creams. This helps keep the area clean and aids your body in the healing process. Also, we can't forget about protection from the sun and wind - two things that can be harsh on your healing eyelids. If you're going outside, remember to wear sunglasses with a good, dark tint. These will shield your eyes and the sensitive skin around them from potential damage.
Eyelid surgery generally has a remarkably high success rate, with most individuals being satisfied with their post-surgery aesthetics. Indeed, for a lucky few, these results may be lifelong. However, like all things in life, it does carry some risks.
Following the procedure, you might experience dryness or discomfort in your eyes. There are also common surgical risks, such as contracting an infection or noticing bleeding. Additionally, there is the possibility of minor scarring, or injury to the muscles surrounding your eyes.
Less frequent complications could include changes in skin pigmentation, temporary blurred vision or even loss of vision, the formation of a blood clot, or the return of sagging eyelids. Moreover, some individuals might have an allergic reaction to the anesthesia used during the surgery. Although these complications are rare, they can occur. As a result, it's crucial to be aware that they could potentially arise.
Operative procedures can be a source of anxiety for some individuals, which is completely normal. There are still paths to achieve comparable results without resorting to surgical measures. Alternative methods could be laser interventions or procedures such as Botox, along with innovations like HIFU and Ulthera.
However, let's remember that these alternatives don't fit everyone's needs. Every person is distinct, and a treatment method that's beneficial for you might not be so for others. Formulate strategy with your medical expert who can steer you towards the ideal course for you. Have no concerns, they're there for your welfare. In the end, it comes down to boosting your confidence and contentment.
Before you decide to take the leap and opt for eyelid surgery, there's a chance that you have droopy eyelids which might affect your side vision. The extra skin hanging around your eyes can cause wrinkles and little bulges. These might make you look worn-out, and perhaps a bit older than you really are.
But after the surgery, it's like your eyes have had a nice, refreshing rest. You'll look so much younger, and it'll boost your confidence up. Just imagine looking into the mirror and seeing those spry, alert eyes staring back at you. It's more than just physical beauty – it's about waking up feeling good about yourself every day. It's about matching your outward appearance with the lively person you are on the inside. It's about looking as young as you feel.
Similar to all operative procedures, even Eyelid Surgery in South Korea has certain potential hazards and complications. These could encompass:
In rare instances, some patients might also confront temporary or lasting alterations in their eyesight. It's crucial to have a discussion about these hazards with your medical practitioner in South Korea prior to the surgery. Understand their approach to control these risks and their protocol for handling any complications post-surgery.
Combining procedures, despite its advantages, can also increase the duration of the surgery and potential risk for complications. So, your surgeon in South Korea will need to carry out a detailed assessment of your overall health, understand your aesthetic preferences, and accordingly decide the safe and effective course of action. They might even confer with other specialists if needed, keeping your best interests at the forefront.
Communication is critical in these stages. You should be open and honest with your surgeon about your expectations, concerns, and any existing health problems. This two-way, candid conversation will undoubtedly aid in making an informed decision about combining Eyelid Surgery with other cosmetic procedures in *AreaName.*, ensuring your journey towards enhancing your appearance is safe, successful, and satisfying.
Managing post-operative pain following Eyelid Surgery in South Korea effectively is an integral part of your recovery process. Initially, you might experience mild to moderate discomfort, swelling, and bruising around your eyes. Your surgeon will likely prescribe pain medication to help manage this initial discomfort. Following the prescribed dosage strictly and under supervision of your healthcare provider will effectively control your pain symptoms.
Over-the-counter pain medicine can also be beneficial provided that you discuss this with your surgeon first. Some, such as aspirin, may increase the risk of bleeding and might not be recommended. Application of cold packs on your eyes at regular intervals may also be suggested by your surgeon, as it can help alleviate swelling and pain.
However, it is important to remember that pain is subjective and can vary from person to person. If you find your pain isn't easing despite medication, or if it worsens, it should not be overlooked. Immediate medical attention should be sought as severe or increasing pain could indicate a complication. Your healthcare provider in South Korea will guide you regarding the best ways to manage your pain and at all times, your comfort and well-being will be their top priority.
