My experience with Dr. Bruno and his team has been nothing but good! Prior to choosing Dr.Bruno for my breast augmentation, I had a consultation with another doctor. She stated that my type of BA would require a complex procedure that would increase the price of my BA significantly. After doing my research and posting on RealSelf, I felt that I needed a second opinion because what she said I had was not confirmed by other doctors. It left me feeling she was being dishonest about what I needed just to hike up the cost of the surgery. Dr. Bruno had been referred to me by a friend that also had a BA so I decided to book a consultation with him and I am sooooo glad I did. I've had such a pleasant experience with his team since the first time I reached out to them. Joselle has always been really sweet and accommodating. I explained to her that I would like to see Dr. Bruno as soon as possible because I had only a few days to decide whether I would go with the other surgeon (the other surgeon's quote was only good for a few days because of a promotion they had). She gave me an appointment slot that worked for me, later she ended up calling me the next day to let me know that there was an appointment that was a couple days earlier than my original appointment. I really appreciated it that as I had very limited time to make up my mind. The day of my consultation came and after meeting with Dr. Bruno, it was clear to me that I would be going with him for my BA. He explained the procedure in great detail and answered of all my questions honestly. It was completely different experience than my consultation with the other surgeon who was pushy and seemed annoyed that I had tons of questions. He and his team made me feel very comfortable and I never felt pressured by them, as I did with the other surgeon I consulted. Both Marisol and Joselle were just as helpful with answering all my questions as Dr. Bruno. Throughout the entire BA journey, his staff would call me to remind me of appointments as well as check up on me once I had the procedure. They genuinely care about their patients. As far as the results go, I am only three weeks out from surgery but I already love what I am seeing and can't wait for my final result as I really admire Dr. Bruno's work from the before and after pictures I have seen of other patients. I highly recommend Dr. Bruno and his team! If I ever decide to have other procedures, I will definitely be returning to him.THANK YOU!
I only went to Dr. Zarrabi for my consultation and haven't yet had my surgery but I had one of the best experiences I've ever had with a doctor. He was patient, kind, thorough. He answered every question I had and never rushed me once. He went through insurance possibilities with me and explained all of my options at length. I hope I can schedule my surgery with him soon.
Had my daughters nose performed here, as a mother I was against it obviously... however I chose them because of there experience and thank goodness everything turned out fine.
Dr Mustoe has an unbelievable bedside manner. My son had an extreme deviated septum and unable to breathe out of his left nostril and additionally the nose was not straight. Our end goal was for him to breathe! Dr. Mustoe said he would get it as straight as he could and may not be perfect. After one month my son is able to breathe and his nose, while not perfectly straight, still looks like him and doesn't look like a 'done' nose. I would highly recommend Dr. Mustoe and his team.
Recently went to a consultation. Dr. Horn and his assistants were very polite and respectful. They all had a very positive attitude. They are ver hopeful and understanding. They also do not push anything on you. Im very happy with my first visit!
Dr. Teitelbaum is a master at his skill. I had several consultations with other surgeons and immediately I knew he was the perfect surgeon for me. His bedside manner, knowledge and experience gave me all the confidence I needed that I was in the best hands. As a surgeon myself I was incredibly impressed by the seamless process of the entire surgery including my excellent post surgical results. I am one year out from my surgery and my results are outstanding thanks to the masterful work of Dr. Teitelbaum.

Male breast reduction, also known as gynecomastia correction, is a surgical procedure to treat overdeveloped male breasts or gynecomastia – a condition in which male breasts are enlarged due to imbalance of the hormones estrogen and testosterone. The procedure is usually performed on men whose physical health is affected by the condition or men who feel uncomfortable or self-conscious about their chest. The ideal candidates for this procedure are healthy men with skin that is elastic to adjust to breast reduction.
Male breast reduction is carried out under general anesthetic or local anesthetic with sedation. The procedure starts by making an incision around the nipple to remove fat as well as glandular tissue from the breast, as well as some excess skin. In some cases, your surgeon may also perform liposuction in conjunction with the procedure to remove fat. The final step of the procedure is closing the incisions with stitches.
The procedure is usually performed on an outpatient basis, meaning you can leave the hospital on the same day of the surgery. However, you should not leave United States immediately to allow your body to recover and attend follow-up hospital checkups. Plan to stay in the country for at least 5 to 10 more days.
The total recovery period until you can go back to your full routine can take around a month. However, some people whose jobs are not physically demanding are able to return to work as well as some of their activities in 1-2 weeks.
Your surgeon will give you detailed instructions on how to care for your surgical wounds as well as diet and exercise to avoid complications. You may need to wear a pressure garment during your recovery period to reduce bruising and swelling. To maintain the result of your surgery, make sure to maintain a healthy weight by making some healthy lifestyle changes.
The procedure is generally safe and highly successful. However, just like other types of surgery, it carries some degree of side effects and risks that you need to be aware of. The side effects and risks include skin injury, noticeable scar, permanent pigment changes in the breast, slightly mismatched nipples or breasts, loss of breast sensation, numbness, and excessive bleeding.
Male breast reduction is currently the most effective treatment to reduce enlarged male breasts. If you do not want to undergo surgery, you need to consult with your doctor about what your best options are. In some cases, your doctor may recommend liposuction to remove excess fat from your breasts, but leaving breast gland tissue intact.
Before male breast reduction, your enlarged breast may affect you physically or you may feel very self-conscious. After the procedure, your self-esteem and self-confidence may increase significantly and any physical problems you experience before the procedure should be gone.
