Today I am going to contribute my grain of sand to this great hospital and its great professionals. My eternal gratitude to Dr. Sebastián Garfias and Dr. Pedro Llinas who have operated on me for my herniated disc by arthroscopy, they have taken away the pain and I am phenomenal, great work from the neurosurgery team, magnificent professionals. They are close, friendly, listen to you, explain you, advise you and make everything very easy for you. The same I have to say about the anesthesia team, great work and follow-up, you are very good professionals with a lot of empathy. I felt very accompanied, very calm, despite the pain and nervousness. Everyone with the mask, but with a smile in their eyes. I don't want to forget, not even the entire nursing team on the 2nd floor. Thank you very much for the treatment received and for the love that you put in doing things, despite being admitted, it has been a pleasure to be there, you are a wonderful team of professionals. I also want to thank the patient care girls, who have come to be interested in me on a daily basis, in case I needed anything. Many years ago I had a bad experience with this hospital and had not returned. Today I recommend it 100%. And I will continue in the hands of its professionals.

Fantastic dentist, highly recommend.
All the treatments you do are spectacular because they are simply all and. When I say all, they are professionals
This dentist is the BEST choice I made. I had a consultation with Dr Felix who was really nice and talked me right through my (all on 6 implant) procedure. Within 4 days I was in here getting my full mouth restored ! At 38 with 4 children I was nervous as the teeth in my mouth had to all be extracted due to gum disease, on Monday Dr Felix took all them out and placed all screws in ready for my implants of which I had fitted 48hrs later !Carmen the reception was so thoughtful and kind from beginning to end even after the surgery. Dr Felix has changed my life with this beautiful smile, and his team Birgit, and Dr Laura also. I was even given a choice of music for my surgery they made me feel calm and relaxed. I go back in 3 months for my porcelain fitting, once my gums are ready, but for now my temporary teeth are beautiful. I would rate this surgery and ALL staff 10/10.5 star treatment from start to aftercare. Thankyou Dr Felix . ..see you all 3 months .....
Clínica con una muy buena atención, desde que entras hasta que sales. Muy buenos profesionales.

Teeth whitening sometimes referred to as teeth bleaching, is a cosmetic procedure to lighten the color of your teeth. It is ideal for people with healthy, unrestored teeth and gums. The procedure does not work on people who have any type of false teeth, including crowns, implants, dentures, and veneers.
There are two different options to undergo professional teeth whitening: in-office treatment and at-home treatment through a dentist. Both options use peroxide-based bleaching agents (carbamide or hydrogen peroxides). With in-office treatment, your dentist will apply a product or solution that contains around 15% to 43% peroxide. It works quickly and the effect lasts longer than an at-home treatment. With at-home treatment, your dentist will make you custom-fit tray filled with a bleaching gel that contains around 3% to 20% peroxide. You will have to place this tray over your teeth for 30 minutes to an hour a day for a few weeks. Both in-office and at-home treatments do not involve any anesthesia.
Some dentists can whiten your teeth in a single two-hour appointment, meaning you can go home right after the procedure. However, some dentists may require several in-office visits until you get your desired result. Also, if you have at-home treatment, you may need two separate appointments with your dentist. In this case, plan to stay in Spain for around 3 to 7 days.
Teeth whitening requires almost no downtime. Right after the procedure, your teeth may become sensitive to hot and cold, but you can go back to your normal activities, exercises, and work immediately after the procedure.
To maintain the results of the procedure, you need to make sure you brush your teeth twice a day as well as flossing and using an antibacterial mouthwash. You should also avoid food and beverage that can stain your teeth (acidic and tannin-rich food), such as tea, coffee, wine, carbonated beverages, sports drink, sauces, berries.
Teeth whitening via your dentist are highly effective and safe. However, it may be less effective for people who have brown teeth and it only works best on people with yellow teeth. If you have purple or gray teeth, this procedure probably will not work at all. Also, the procedure carries some side effects and risks, including teeth sensitivity and irritated gums.
If you are not a candidate for teeth whitening, your alternative includes porcelain veneers, dental crown, dental bonding, and tooth-colored fillings. If you do not want to go to the dentist to undergo the procedure, some over-the-counter products can be your option. However, bear in mind that over-the-counter products may not work as effectively as professional teeth whitening.
Before the procedure, you may have discolored teeth that can make you feel very self-conscious and after the procedure, you will have a brighter smile that will help you become more confident.

Historic Spain is home to the third-highest number of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, after Italy and China. Part of the Iberian Peninsula, along with Portugal, Spain also shares borders with France and the less well-known, Andorra. The country itself is made up of several regions, both on the mainland and out at sea, with the Canary Islands closer to Morocco than Spain - they are located in the Atlantic Ocean, whilst the Balearic Islands are a little closer to home, in the Mediterranean Sea. On the mainland there is Central Spain, home to the capital, Madrid, Catalonia in the East, home to the second city, Barcelona, and the Basque Country in the North, to name but a few.
