Without question the single best clinic I have ever visited, in over 5 years of looking for treatment for lower back pain. The staff are super professional and accommodating, the clinic is very well equipped and Dr Mark appears to be some sort of magician sent from the future to heal people's spines. I am very glad I found this place just by googling and am feeling confident about sorting out my lower back for the first time in years. Recommended!

I lost a tooth due to rock climbing and was skeptical about the implant; let along doing it here in Vietnam. Dr Tung and his teams are really helpful before and after the surgery. Dr Tung made the surgery painless. The staffs are very well trained. Thanks so much you guys!
I had two teeth pulled, 6 caps replaced, and a upper partial made. The place is very clean and modern. The staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Bao for your dental needs while in DaNang. He speaks excellent English and is a very friendly. He spends the time on the fine details of your teeth.
I gave birth of my first child here and was really impressed of what a Vietnamese hospital could achieve . Professional staff, clean facility, fast service and good price ! It really has an international standards. I’m giving birth to my second child here, it is a trustworthy hospital !
I've been to several hospitals in Hanoi over the years, but visited Thu Cuc Hospital for the first time this month. You're given a translator as soon as you arrive and they help every step of the way, so it's really easy to communicate with the staff as well as understanding the recommendations and treatments prescribed. The hospital seems to be run quite efficiently, and everything was "western standard" clean. I saw both a Cuban doctor and a Vietnamese doctor; both did the appropriate exams and tests, and prescribed the recommended treatments (I'm a nurse and I actually do check this stuff before I blindly follow what I'm told by medical staff - something I've especially learned to do here in Vietnam). It seemed to be quite well-equipped, too. So, I'm impressed! Prices are less than in many of the private hospitals and I felt that I was treated very well. I'd definitely return to this hospital when the need for medical care arises again.
Everyone that works here is amazing. Their work is impeccable and their service is first class. You will walk out this dental clinic with a huge smile on your face, not because they're great at what they do, but because they'll make you feel great for who you are. The only thing better than their fair and reasonable prices is their outstanding customer service. I will recommend this business to every single person I know.Thank you so much... Dr Anna Tran, Dr Thanh Nhan, Dr Duong Minh Tung, Dr Phuc Nguyen.
Walk in, no appointment necessary. Very pleased with patient care and quality.
I had a crown fall out on my recent visit to Ho Chi Minh. I did a quick google search and found Dental Ucare. I stopped by the office the next day without an appointment and they were able to see me right away. On my first visit they made a mold of the tooth and told me it would be ready the following day, which I was really impressed by since in the US it takes about one week for the crown to be made. I returned the following day to have the crown installed and everything went smoothly at a fraction of the cost and time that it would take at home. Highly recommend!

Teeth whitening sometimes referred to as teeth bleaching, is a cosmetic procedure to lighten the color of your teeth. It is ideal for people with healthy, unrestored teeth and gums. The procedure does not work on people who have any type of false teeth, including crowns, implants, dentures, and veneers.
There are two different options to undergo professional teeth whitening: in-office treatment and at-home treatment through a dentist. Both options use peroxide-based bleaching agents (carbamide or hydrogen peroxides). With in-office treatment, your dentist will apply a product or solution that contains around 15% to 43% peroxide. It works quickly and the effect lasts longer than an at-home treatment. With at-home treatment, your dentist will make you custom-fit tray filled with a bleaching gel that contains around 3% to 20% peroxide. You will have to place this tray over your teeth for 30 minutes to an hour a day for a few weeks. Both in-office and at-home treatments do not involve any anesthesia.
Some dentists can whiten your teeth in a single two-hour appointment, meaning you can go home right after the procedure. However, some dentists may require several in-office visits until you get your desired result. Also, if you have at-home treatment, you may need two separate appointments with your dentist. In this case, plan to stay in Vietnam for around 3 to 7 days.
Teeth whitening requires almost no downtime. Right after the procedure, your teeth may become sensitive to hot and cold, but you can go back to your normal activities, exercises, and work immediately after the procedure.
To maintain the results of the procedure, you need to make sure you brush your teeth twice a day as well as flossing and using an antibacterial mouthwash. You should also avoid food and beverage that can stain your teeth (acidic and tannin-rich food), such as tea, coffee, wine, carbonated beverages, sports drink, sauces, berries.
Teeth whitening via your dentist are highly effective and safe. However, it may be less effective for people who have brown teeth and it only works best on people with yellow teeth. If you have purple or gray teeth, this procedure probably will not work at all. Also, the procedure carries some side effects and risks, including teeth sensitivity and irritated gums.
If you are not a candidate for teeth whitening, your alternative includes porcelain veneers, dental crown, dental bonding, and tooth-colored fillings. If you do not want to go to the dentist to undergo the procedure, some over-the-counter products can be your option. However, bear in mind that over-the-counter products may not work as effectively as professional teeth whitening.
Before the procedure, you may have discolored teeth that can make you feel very self-conscious and after the procedure, you will have a brighter smile that will help you become more confident.

Vietnam, situated uniquely on the map, experiences differing climates in its varied regions. If you travel south, you'll find a tropical monsoon climate. This climate type typically comes with two main seasons - the wet season and the dry season.
Straying north, however, you'll encounter a different story altogether. Here, the climate is categorized as monsoonal but it's accompanied by four clear-cut seasons - spring, summer, autumn, and winter. So, regardless of the time of year, there's a high chance you'll experience a unique slice of Vietnamese weather, depending entirely on which part of the country you've set foot in.
There are numerous airports in Vietnam that connect the major cities. However, there are three major international airports where international visitors usually arrive at, Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, and Da Nang. Most international flights will arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport which serves domestic and international flights to and from major cities in Asia, Europe, and Australia. In terms of capacity, the biggest airport in the country is the Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi.
The airport is a hub for both local and global travel. It houses two terminals within its boundaries. Terminal 1 is tasked with the management of domestic flights, servicing those traveling within the country's borders. On the other hand, Terminal 2 oversees international flight operations, connecting this airport to numerous cities across Asia and Europe. Affordable airlines, including the likes of Jetstar Pacific and VietJet Air, schedule flights departing from and arriving at both Tan Son Nhat and Noi Bai airports - a testament to the airport's reach and convenience to travelers with varying budget needs.
Tourists do have a few travel options to get around Vietnam. The country is served by trains running from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi and it stops in many of the popular areas such as Da Nang and Nha Trang. Buses are a great option for tourists to get around the country and the buses are privately operated buses called “open tour” buses. There is also a national bus system, but they are generally not as comfortable as the private buses.
Taxis are available in most cities and can be hailed directly from the streets or via a phone call. The fare usually starts at VND 10,000 to VND 12,000. If you need to be quick, try the motorcycle taxis known as Xe Om. You will need to negotiate the price but they can be found in most parts of the cities. Cyclo (similar to trishaw) is also available for short-distance travel within a city. For easier travel, opt for Grab Motorbike, an online hailing app similar to Uber.
