Thank you very much ❤️For new 🎈🎈For Mr. dr. Fabiana Urban. For the surgery performed masterfully, 👌high medical knowledge, extensive experience and very good medical care of the entire staff of the Clinic😊, you and your anesthesiologist who on June 6 assisted in the operation 😊All ladies nurses are golden women, but the one who was with me from the beginning was gold Ms. Viola - professional help from the very beginning, consultation and later surgery. Thanks again for everything zaI highly recommend the Beauty Group clinic.A grateful patientAnia.
I volunteered to AGklinik. My goal was to remove discoloration on the face (hormonal, after pregnancy) and breast augmentation. The doctor proposed a pico laser and liposuction + transplantation of belly and thigh fat in the breast. Initially, I wanted implants, but I'm glad that the doctor encouraged me to liposuction and fat transfer, because thanks to that I "lost weight" here and there :) Both treatments were carried out under general anesthesia. Fantastic service before the operation (all information and contact with the clinic) and postoperative care - the pain was not particularly bothersome. It's nice that the doctor gives you alternative ideas that come with :) greetings :)
Many thanks and expressions of respect to Dr. Marta for her full commitment and reliability.I underwent a complete reconstruction of the nose at the doctor's. Unfortunately, after two previously unsuccessful plastic surgeries (in other clinics) and a few fractures, it was necessary to take a zebra specimen, which the doctor coped with perfectly. As long as I remember my nose was my biggest complex, the doctor changed my life and I can look in the mirror with boldness. Many thanks also to the coordinator, Ms Dagmara, and the entire team of the KCM hospital in Jelenia Gora.Full professionalism and willingness to help and care both before and after the procedure. With full awareness and commitment, I can recommend the clinic and the entire hospital team! Before me is a healing process that will bring only good changes.Regards and encourage you to use the services of this hospital!
In June 2020, I had a gastric stomach made in the clinic, and I felt in good hands at the KCM Clinic. I received a very warm welcome. I had a single room, as everyone in the clinic thinks. Very friendly and competent medical team and staff. The clinic is very well maintained and modern. I was able to leave the clinic 2 days after the operation because everything went well. I can really only recommend the clinic. Many thanks to the KCM Clinic team.
I had a consultation at this point for knee arthroscopy. The procedure took place in Jelenia Góra. After a week I returned to walking without the help of a crutch. Today, the knee is like new :) I highly recommend!

I had gynecomastia surgery at Coramed recently and was extremely impressed by all aspects of my experience with Coramed. I contacted Anna and arranged the surgery and she was great at answering any questions I had. Aspects such as a hotel and a driver for my time in Poland were arranged for me which was a big help and saved time. Total all-in cost including flights, hotel, driver, tests, the surgery etc was about £2k. The actual clinic is incredibly modern and clean, I knew from reading other reviews that the clinic was very high standard but it was even better than I had expected to be honest. Ive experienced some NHS hospitals in the UK and Coramed was much cleaner and more modern. At the clinic, I met Anna as well as some other nurses over the course of my stay and all of them were so nice and professional. I had some doubts over whether I was making a good decision by travelling abroad for surgery in the days before I flew to Poland but after seeing the clinic and meeting the staff I felt at ease and had no nerves. Anna, the other nurses, the anaesthetist and the night nurse were all amazing and spoke good English. The surgery was performed by Dr Berendt who does gynecomastia surgery very often. I am 3 days post-op but already very happy with my results and glad I decided to get the surgery, he has done a good job. The pain was minimal and only really lasted for 1-2 days. I would definitely recommend Coramed, every aspect of the procedure was done to an extremely high standard and at a fraction of what I would have paid in the UK. I cannot imagine that UK surgeries are offering a service that justifies paying 4x more for the same procedure. I'm very happy I did my research and chose the team at Coramed.
I heartily recommend the clinic. I go there to 3 doctors and I am very pleased with the care and service in registration!

Thigh liposuction is a surgical procedure that uses a suction technique to remove fat from the thighs. It is done to eliminate stubborn fat and bring back a smooth contour to your thighs. The thighs are among the most common complaints for people seeking liposuction as it is notorious to be filled with excess fatty tissue. While a proper diet and regular exercise may help eliminate them, it is not uncommon for some stubborn fat to remain.
Just like liposuction done on other areas of the body, thigh liposuction can be done on both men and women as well. However, the procedure is more popular among women. Many women undergo thigh liposuction to visibly correct their appearance. The procedure can help slim and sculpt the area, creating a long slender look. As a result, clothes can fit better, and you can feel more confident. The thigh liposuction can also help women achieve the ‘thigh gap,’ which is considered a desirable feature.
Below are the areas on the thighs that can have liposuction:
Not everyone is a good candidate for thigh liposuction. You may be a right candidate for the procedure if you have good skin elasticity and are at a healthy weight for your body type. Remember, this procedure is not a weight-loss procedure, and it is designed for people who already practice a healthy lifestyle but are having trouble eliminating fat deposits in their thighs.
If you are currently trying to lose weight or experience weight fluctuations, you may not be a suitable candidate for thigh liposuction. Most surgeons recommend that you are within 30% of your ideal weight before getting thigh liposuction. Thigh liposuction is not recommended for people who have any serious diseases or those who smoke.
Before the actual procedure, you are going to have an initial consultation with your surgeon to determine which part of your thigh will receive the most benefits from liposuction. During this initial consultation, your surgeon may also check if you are an ideal candidate for the procedure and give you instructions to prepare for the procedure. Your surgeon may ask you to sleep at least 8 hours before surgery, avoid spicy foods, stop smoking and drinking alcohol, drink plenty of water, and wash the treatment area with an antibacterial soap on the day of the surgery.
On the day of your liposuction, your surgeon will start by administering anesthesia. Most thigh liposuction only requires local anesthesia, which only numbs the thigh area, so you will stay awake but won’t feel anything. In some cases, however, general anesthesia is required. General anesthesia causes you to be unconscious and unaware of anything throughout the procedure. A certified anesthesiologist monitors the use of general anesthesia to ensure your safety.
Once you are comfortably anesthetized, your surgeon will start creating a series of small incisions, typically shorter than one inch. These incisions are placed at specific areas of the thighs. Strategic placement of each incision is necessary to make sure all fat deposits are accurately eliminated. The surgeon will mark the incision sites with a marker to plan out the surgery.
The incisions are only large enough for the surgical device to be used and are placed in well-hidden locations, so they result in virtually unnoticeable scars.
After creating the incisions, your surgeon will then begin the liposuction. There are several techniques to perform liposuction in this area, but in general, your surgeon will insert a cannula into the incisions to suction the fat. The cannula is connected to a vacuum that suctions fat and fluids from your body. Your surgeon may use a laser to liquefy the fat. This makes it much easier for your fat to be suctioned. Once the suctioning is done, your surgeon will close the incisions with sutures or surgical glue. The last step is covering the incisions with a bandage.
It is important to remember that the thigh area is prone to cellulite. In certain cases, liposuction may improve the cellulite, but a different procedure may need to be performed to fade their appearance in most cases. Thigh liposuction also does not entirely get rid of saggy skin, so discuss other removal options with your plastic surgeon if you want to address the problem as well.
You can usually leave the hospital on the same day of your thigh liposuction, immediately after the effects of anesthesia wear off. In some cases, you may need to stay in the hospital for a night, particularly if general anesthesia is used. Since you may need to attend a follow-up checkup and you may experience some discomfort, it is recommended that you stay in Poland for around a week. Your surgeon will remove any stitches during the follow-up checkup.
Their recovery time after thigh liposuction can be different for everyone. In general, the total recovery period until you are allowed to resume your full normal routine may take around six weeks. You should be able to go back to work within 5 to 7 days following your surgery if your job does not involve a lot of physical activities. For the first two weeks following your thigh liposuction, you may need to wear a compression garment.
After thigh liposuction, your surgeon will give you a set of aftercare instructions. These may include how to take care of the surgical wounds, directions about prescription medications, and restrictions to your activity during your recovery time. In order to maintain the results of thigh liposuction, you will have to manage your weight through a healthy lifestyle, exercise, and diet.
Thigh liposuction is a safe and effective way to eliminate excess fat from your thigh. Liposuction has been a staple in cosmetic and plastic surgery for many years. It is known to have high success rates, with most people who had the procedure claimed to be satisfied with the results.
Although thigh liposuction is a very safe procedure, you need to be aware that all kinds of procedures carry some risks. The risks of thigh liposuction include:
Other risks and side effects of thigh liposuctions are numbness, infection, and adverse reaction to anesthesia.
One of the most recommended alternatives to thigh liposuction is CoolSculpting. Unlike thigh liposuction, CoolSculpting involves no incision and almost no downtime. It can reshape your thighs and give you similar results to liposuction.
Before thigh liposuction, you may have excess fat on your thigh that cannot be improved through exercise and diet. This may cause you to feel unconfident, make it hard for you to wear certain clothes, or cause discomfort when you’re walking. After the procedure, all of these concerns should be gone. You will have slimmer and more toned thighs.

Poland, as one of Central Europe's most expansive nations, has only recently begun to make its mark as a key player in the realm of Medical Tourism. Being particularly appealing to tourists from neighboring regions, many visitors arrive seeking Thigh Liposuction procedures. Poland's open border policy further simplifies travel between its territory and other countries within the European Union (EU), making it an accessible destination for many.
The Polish healthcare system comprises a blend of public and private establishments. While none of these facilities hold JCI accreditation, they are endorsed by local accreditations issued by the Polish Ministry of Health. Their recognition within the European Union testifies to the quality and reliability of these certifying bodies.
In Poland, the most frequently sought-after medical procedures encompass dental, cosmetic, orthopedic, and bariatric treatments. Impressively, the costs of these treatments are significantly lower than what one would expect to pay in Poland's Western European counterparts. Beyond Poland's vibrant capital, Warsaw, cities such as Krakow, Jelenia Gora, and Wroclaw have emerged as favored destinations among medical tourists.
Poland, with a population exceeding 38.5 million, is a nation steeped in rich history and recognized for its whopping fourteen UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Despite frequently being overshadowed in the realm of tourism, the country in reality, boasts of a multitude of alluring attractions waiting to be explored and appreciated.
Poland has a temperate climate and sometimes experiences rough weather. Spring starts in late March to May. The season is characterized by a wave of warmer weather with less frequent rain. It is one of the best times to visit Poland because the temperature is comfortable.
Poland's summer season extends from June until August and brings with it a certain unpredictability in weather patterns. The general climate is warm, with temperatures hovering between 18 to 30°C. Amidst sunny spells and elevated temperatures, frequent rain showers and storms are also common phenomena. This period marks the peak of the tourism season and tourists can expect prices to see a corresponding increase. Despite the occasional rains, summer promises a delightful time to experience Poland in all its warmth.
September to November is Autumn, the season where the temperature starts to drop. Late September and October are still warm, while November is cold and wet. Sunny days during this season are known as “Polish Golden Autumn.”
Winter in Poland, which runs from December until early March, can be exceedingly cold. Temperatures often tumble to an average range of 0 to -10°C and can even drop as low as -20°C. Despite the chilly conditions, this is actually the peak season for mountain ski resorts, attracting numerous enthusiasts to take advantage of Poland's picturesque winter landscapes.
Most international flights arrive at Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport. It’s Poland’s largest and busiest airport. The airport serves domestic and has International connections with many cities around the world. It is the hub for LOT Polish Airlines. Budget airlines such as Wizz Air and EasyJet also operate flights from this airport. There is a smaller airport, Warsaw Modlin Airport, which handles more budget airlines.
To get to the city center, bus, taxi, and train are available. There are five public buses that stop at Warsaw’s city center; bus 175, bus 188, bus 148, bus 331, and bus N32 (night bus). Taxis are available, but always make sure to use licensed taxi services. The fare from the airport to the city center is around 40 PLN. Chopin Airport is linked to Legionowo and Sulejówek Miłosna by a railway service. Tourists can buy ZTM tickets to ride the bus and train which can be purchased at the Passenger Information Point in the arrivals hall, ticket machines at bus stops and train station entrance, or from bus drivers.
Ample public transportation options simplify getting around in Poland. Trains, in particular, offer an incredibly budget-friendly means of travel. For instance, the journey from Krakow to Warsaw is set to cost approximately 45 PLN and spans a duration of around three hours. Meanwhile, a slightly longer five-hour train journey from Warsaw to Gdansk can be undertaken at a reasonable fare of around 65 PLN. Such connectivity and affordability make exploration within Poland both easy and economical.
Within the cities, local buses in the central zone cost around 4 PLN (a single-fare ticket). Major cities offer one-day tickets for 20 PLN. Taxis are relatively cheap and tourists can get around the city quickly. Taxis are metered and usually start at around 6 PLN to 8 PLN. Unlicensed taxi drivers are most likely to cheat and charge more. There are taxis that put a fake phone number in their cars, be careful and ask your hotel staff for the number of the taxi company they have used previously. Cycling is a good way to explore the scenery in Poland. There are many bike rentals around the country, always be aware of drivers since some are careless.
For cities like Krakow, tourists are highly recommended to secure tourist cards. These cards provide unlimited access to public transportation for a period of one to three days. In addition, they also offer free or discounted admission to several museums. This is a great bargains that grants tourists flexibility and sizable savings to fully relish their visit.
