Dr Eric Wee is a very knowledgable and dedicated doctor. I saw him for acid reflux and gastritis problems. My procedures went smoothly and absolutely painless. He went through with me the findings of my endoscopy, colonscopy and tests he ordered for. He told me the next step he is going to take to treat my condition. At my last consultation, i was prescribed with a new acid reflux medication. I had a diarrhoea a day after taking the medication, i called the clinic to check as i suspected it could be due to the new medication. His nurses told me that dr wee would call me back and he called back at 8 pm even though it is way past his clinic operating hours. I told him my condition, with his expertise, he thinks that it could be food poisoning instead of a drug allergy. Thank you Dr Wee.I'm also thankful to his team of nurses. I had problems with my pre-authorisation form submission. They are very helpful in helping me with the submission of the form as well as patient in explaining to me every medication that i was prescribed and how to take them. Thank you Nobel Gastro 😁👍🏻
I brought my mum to see Dr Jarrod Lee on the advice of a family doctor friend. Dr Lee was highly professional and patient. His explanation was clear, methodical and rational. My mum’s issue was resolved very rapidly with a methodical approach. The staff at the clinic were kind, emphatic and pleasant. They were also very helpful and efficient. The entire experience had left us with a very good impression. We were in very professional hands.

Came at 2pm, got my queue number and was told to come back 3.15pm. I had 1hour and 15mins to roam around, didn't have to stay in. System has improved drastically from the previous bedok polyclinic above fair price. Saw the doctor around 3.40pm and got told to go to another room (210) for wound dressing. The nurse, Wendy Lai Wai Yin, was very friendly and approachable. Despite the long waiting time (understanble, given the num of patients, I think the price and quality of service and care justifies a visit.
It was my first time visiting this polyclinic. I was seen by Dr. Alexandra Yung Yun En. She was friendly and sincere. I've had a few ailments for the past month and she was very thorough in her examination, even suggesting for me to do a blood test. As I had to wait about 30 minutes for my blood test results, I went to make payment for my medicines first. To my surprise, Dr. Yung came out to find me to pass me my referral letters to a specialist as well as my blood test results. I was not expecting this; I thought I'd have to go wait outside her room first for the results and I know how busy doctors are. Perhaps other doctors do this as well, but this was a first for me. I found her to be a very caring and professional doctor. Thank you, Dr. Yung. You made this a very pleasant experience and are a credit to your profession. Keep doing the great work you do!
I have an appointment at 10am. Seen a doctor for consult. Took blood at the another level with phlebotomy then did a ecg and review by doctor again. left the polyclinic at 1105am. I am feeling lucky or is the polyclinic super efficient.

Diagnostic imaging, also known as medical imaging, describes a variety of techniques to look inside the body to diagnose the cause of an injury or illness, as well as to find any signs of a health condition. It is also used to see how well your body responds to treatment for an illness or fracture.
Many diagnostic imaging tests are noninvasive and painless. Some tests use a small amount of radiation exposure. Some require you to remain still inside a machine for a long time, which may cause little discomfort.
Other diagnostic tests involve the insertion of a small camera attached to a thin, long tube (often referred to as a “scope”) into your body. These types of diagnostic tests are invasive and require anesthesia.
Some of the most common types of diagnostic imaging tests are as follows:
Endoscopy, laparoscopy, and colposcopy involve the insertion of a thin, flexible scope with a video camera attached to its end through a passageway or bodily opening to look at the inside of a particular organ, such as the colon or the lungs.
You can usually leave the hospital straight away after diagnostic imaging tests. However, it is advisable that you stay in Singapore for 5 to 7 days to wait for the results. Once the results are ready, you will have to attend a follow-up appointment where your doctor explains the results and discuss the treatment plan, if needed.
Most diagnostic tests, such as ultrasound and CT scan, do not require any recovery time. However, you may need to take one or two days off work and avoid strenuous activities for several days after some types of diagnostic biopsy, endoscopy, laparoscopy, and colposcopy.
There is usually no special aftercare or restrictions after diagnostic imaging tests. You may be advised to drink plenty of water immediately after, especially if contrast was used. If the procedure is invasive, your doctor will give you detailed instructions on how to care for the wounds.
Diagnostic imaging tests have high success and accuracy rates. The continuous improvement and advancement of diagnostic imaging technology have transformed healthcare, allowing for earlier diagnosis of many medical conditions, reduces the need for invasive processes. The side effects of diagnostic imaging tests are very minimal, such as slight discomfort, pain, swelling, and bruising.
There are no alternatives to diagnostic imaging. It is vital for the diagnosis of medical conditions, allowing your doctor to decide the best treatment or management plan.
