I highly recommend Foremedi to anyone. They are a group of professionals (surgeon, hospital staff, patient coordinator/translator ) extremely proficient in what they do. I had done my research prior to choosing Foremedi and their responsiveness, honesty, professionalism prior to my trip to Antalya convinced me that they are a trusted group. From the moment I arrived to Antalya, I was greeted by a proficient English speaking patient coordinator who had arranged for blood and other tests prior to my surgery. He guided me to all those appointments without any waiting or delays. I was then transported in a luxury Mercedes van to the hotel. A very nice beach front hotel in great location, about 15 minutes away from the hospital and about 5 minutes away from the surgeon’s office/clinic. On the day of surgery, I got picked up promptly and once again greeted by very kind and knowledgeable patient coordinator (Mr. Chatai). The pre surgery process was very thorough and perfectly on time. After the surgery, I stayed one night at the hospital and the nurses/staff were very attentive. They even used Google translator to communicate with me. I got excellent care over night and discharged the next day. The patient coordinator was perfectly on time to pick me up, even filled my prescription and I was dropped off to the hotel. At the hotel, he was in constant communication with me and the surgeon to ensure that there weren’t any problems. I was picked up two days after the surgery to meet the surgeon in his office. He removed the bandages and kindly updated me that all is well. The surgeon spoke great English too. I barely felt that I was getting a procedure in a foreign country. They made everything so smooth and accommodating. They exceeded all my expectations. I am extremely pleased and will definitely go back for any needed plastic surgery. Bravo Foremedi

I would like to express my deep gratitude to our doctor Abdullah Çalik who operated on me and my sister. Almost a couple of months have passed since the operation, the result exceeded all our expectations! Rehabilitation is still in progress, but everything is going well and calmly. We also thank all the nurses for their warm care and attention to us. Special thanks and respect to the cool guy Furkan, who supported us both before and after operations, organizing everything we needed for comfortable movement, accommodation and a good mood. We wholeheartedly recommend this clinic; we are very pleased with both the process and the result itself!

I had my Gastric Sleeve with NewMe Health in August 2023. From the first contact I made to Nesrin, right through to when my driver dropped me back at Antalya the experience was amazing. I had a family member who had previously been to this clinic so I had a good recommendation. I am so glad I chose these guys! The team are amazing! Dr Mani performed my surgery. He is a lovely man and made me feel at ease. The hospital was very comfortable, clean and the nurses were brilliant and caring. Not once did I have to ask for anything, they were on top of everything. Nesrin, Eren and Irmak are wonderful people. From getting off the plane in Izmir to being taken to our hotel for recuperation, the whole experience was one of undivided attention and care. The surgeon saw me every day at, or before 9am. Meds were given on time and we were checked upon in our room frequently.

They give you advise every step of the way and go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want out of the experience. I found out about mono from a influencer who's body looked amazing!! did my own research for about a year before I felt confident to book. Out of many clinics out there mono was one of my top list, I did breast augmentation my Doctor was amazing and very caring ( thank you Dr Nazmi) I'm so happy with the way me and my mother ( who came with me for support) was taken care of. From getting picked up from the airport to the hotel and transport also when I was leaving Izmir. I underwent rhinoplasty in June 2019. My coordinator was Yasin, and my doctor was Gürhan Özcan, both were excellent from start to finish. My nose was very bad, it was incredibly squint, with a peak in the middle. While it is not perfect now, which would have been impossible, its much better than I could have expected. Im very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend the people and the hospital.

В этом году планировал осуществить пересадку волос, посетил все известные клиники в Москве, но так и не решился делать операцию в России, потому что либо очень дорого ( берут оплату за количество пересаженных графтов, либо не хватает компетенции). Весной этого года был пролетом через Стамбул и был удивлён количеством людей с пересадкой волос, которые гуляли по городу с повязкой Clinicana. По возвращению начал мониторить данную клинику и вот в сентябре я сделал операцию. Результат можно будет увидеть позже, но могу сказать на счёт сервиса:1. Встретили нас в аэропорту, отвезли в клинику для сдачи анализов. Почему нас, потому что Клиника оплачивает проживание любого одного сопровождающего гостя, разместили нас в хорошем отеле в центре города)2. На второй день в течение 7 часов мне сделали операцию, с перерывом на обед;3. На третий день я уже гулял по городу, наслаждаясь видами Стамбула;4. На четвёртый день сняли бандаж и отвезли в аэропорт. Although it is the Covid 19 period, I thank you for the fact that the clinic is well equipped, and the employees are involved in such a period.I analyzed many places before hair transplantation and Dr. I decided that the lady of Melike was the best and I was operated here. Before the operation, Melike lady already provided detailed information about the whole process.I had an operation that lasted about 6 hours. All employees were really experienced and knowledgeable. I can recommend it to anyone with peace of mind.After the operation, they called me to the controls by calling me all the time. Now I am getting good results in the 9th month of October. What you need to know about Vaginoplasty in Turkey
Vaginoplasty can mean a lot of different things. In general, however, it is any surgical procedure performed to construct or reconstruct the vagina. This surgery can be performed to treat numerous situations, correcting congenital defects to the vagina, urethra, and rectum. Sometimes, a vaginoplasty is required after vaginectomy for vaginal cancer in order to restore a normal vaginal function and structure. The surgery can be performed to treat babies born with a microphallus. For cosmetic purposes, it may be done to tighten the vagina after childbirth.
Vaginoplasty can also be performed on transgender and non-binary people who are interested in male-to-female (MtF) sex reassignment surgery. In MtF sex reassignment surgery, vaginoplasty is the process in which a surgeon constructs a vaginal cavity between the urethra and the rectum. Vaginoplasty aims to create a vagina from penile tissue.
Before vaginoplasty, you may have congenital defects to the vagina or you want to tighten your vagina after childbirth or you have had a vaginectomy to treat vaginal cancer. After vaginectomy, all of the problems will be addressed, and the structure and function of your vagina will be restored. If you have the procedure as part of MtF sex reassignment surgery, the procedure may complete your transition.
What does a Vaginoplasty Procedure Involve?
Vaginoplasty may be performed under general or local anesthesia. The anesthesia used for vaginoplasty is mostly determined by the purpose of the surgery.
There a number of different ways to perform vaginoplasty, depending on the purpose of the surgery. If the procedure is performed to tighten the vagina, your surgeon may remove extra skin from inside the vagina and tighten the tissues with strong sutures. Vaginoplasty to construct the vagina, such as for sex reassignment surgery, for women who have had a vaginectomy, or for women who were born without a vagina, several techniques may be offered, including:
- Peritoneal vaginoplasty – the lining of the abdominal cavity, known as the peritoneum, is used to create the vagina. It is usually performed as a laparoscopic procedure.
- Intestinal or sigmoid vaginoplasty – this technique uses a section of the sigmoid colon to create the vagina. It is often performed as laparoscopic surgery.
- McIndoe vaginoplasty – a skin graft is used to line the vagina during this technique. The skin graft is placed on a vaginal mold, then it is placed into a space that has been opened to become the vagina.
- Penile inversion vaginoplasty – this technique is only used in transgender women. It uses the skin from the outside of the penis to create the lining of the vagina. The bulbous tip of the penis is reshaped to make a clitoris and the scrotal skin is used to create the labia majora and minora. The remaining parts of the penis are amputated and discarded.
How Long Should I Stay in Turkey for a Vaginoplasty Procedure?
Vaginoplasty can be a complex procedure and it may last between 7 and 10 hours. Depending on the reason for your vaginoplasty, you may need to stay in the hospital for 3 to 5 days. The recommended length of stay in Turkey is around 2 to 4 weeks because you need to attend follow-up checkups.
What's the Recovery Time for Vaginoplasty Procedures in Turkey?
The patient’s recovery time is different and you should be able to move around within 2-3 days. On average, the total recovery period after vaginoplasty takes around 6 to 8 weeks. During this period, do not take a bath or submerge yourself in water and avoid any strenuous activity. Avoid any sexual activity for 12 weeks. Your doctor will give you the detail of your recovery timeline and when you can resume your normal activity.
What sort of Aftercare is Required for Vaginoplasty Procedures in Turkey?
To speed up your recovery period, it is important that you closely follow the post-operative instruction your surgeon provides. You should always keep your genital area clean and dry. Your surgeon may give you pain medication to help ease discomfort, make sure to take it as prescribed. You may also need to douche one to two times a week using a non-scented vaginal douche.
If you had penile inversion vaginoplasty, your surgeon will give you a vaginal dilator to be used daily at least for a year to maintain the desired vaginal depth. You can use the device as soon as your bandages are removed and your surgeon will give you a dilation schedule.
Remember that you have to wipe or wash the genital area front to back for the rest of your life. This helps prevent infection from the anal region.
What's the Success Rate of Vaginoplasty Procedures in Turkey?
Vaginoplasty is safe and has a high success rate. However, as with other surgeries, the procedure carries some risks and complications. These include bleeding, infection, rupture of the sutures, skin or clitoral necrosis, urinary retention, vaginal prolapse, fistulas, ongoing pain, scarring, and permanent changes in sensation.
Are there Alternatives to Vaginoplasty Procedures in Turkey?
The alternative to vaginoplasty depends on the reason you have the surgery. If you want to tighten the vagina, you may be able to get similar results through vaginal tightening exercise and a healthy diet plan. For trans-women who do not plan to have deep vaginal penetration, a procedure called orchiectomy can be an alternative. This procedure removes the testicles and reduces testosterone levels.
