Wow. Exceeded my expectations after doing over a year and a half of research into gastric sleeve. I had a friend recommend ALÔ and it was the best decision of my life! The care, attention, treatment, communication, everything was top notch. Any misconceptions or doubts you have about Mexico, Tijuana or “foreign medical care” doesn’t apply here. 100% would recommend to anyone. Dr Lopez was incredible! Travelled through the Cronoavirus to get the gastric sleeve. Not only did they go above and beyond to be safe and clean from the covid 19 but its truly a well kept diamond in the rough. Super super clean, very caring, extremely pleasant surgery stay. Absolutely no complications from the sleeve and myself and mother where treated like royalties. Im definitely going back for skin removal. I would trust them with my whole life over and over before I returned to my Florida Doctor who is less clean and less kind. PLEASE DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR OF CONTACTING HOSPITAL JERUSALEM AND I PROMISE AS A PATIENT YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Sleeved 7-13-2020 and already down 25 pounds and never felt any pain or sickness.💖💖💖💖

I am so happy with the care and support that I received from all of the staff at Oasis of Hope. From the first day I made the decision to have my surgery to even now, the doctors and staff have taken great care to ensure my health and safety. I sincerely wish I knew the names of each and every one of the nurses, doctors, and staff that cared for me so I could personally thank them. I found communicating with the staff very easy, as most of them are fluent in English. I never had an issue with not being understood by staff, even the ones that were not fluent in English. Dr. Gonzales explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. He really took the time to make sure I had a full understanding of what was being done. The hospital rooms are simple and unadorned with more than enough space to provide a comfortable stay. The shower has lots of hot water and fresh towels. Also, the room had a Lennox wall air conditioner that kept my room very comfortable. As for the hospital itself, it exudes an air of calm and peace. The only people that bustled about were the cleaning staff that cleaned everything in sight. Very Clean!! I walked around the day before my surgery and peeked into rooms with open doors. I found very modern-looking and new equipment. Nothing looked old or outdated. After my surgery, I always knew which doctor was in charge of my care and they can in the room to check on me. There was a doctor available to me 24/7 while I was at Oasis of Hope. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to return for my body contouring surgery in a year!!

Well this is my second time here and let me tell you if I would be able to give Dr. Castañeda and his staff 10 stars that is exactly what I would give them. He made me feel very comfortable from the beginning to end. He answered all my questions. He is very professional and his work is AMAZING!! Already referred friends and family and will continue to do so. Staff is very knowledgeable, polite and super friendly. Clinic is very modern and clean. The Recovery Center is also amazing. Awesome rooms and service. You just don’t want to leave this place. Great job Dr. Castañeda and staff!! One very happy patient.

Dr. Jorge Serrano is a very talented, empathetic, and excellent physician and surgeon for “medical tourists” like myself. He speaks fluent English.His medical office is well appointed with the latest medical equipment, and located in a modern office building just minutes from the border.His practice includes cosmetic and general surgery. Check out his YouTube videos. You’ll be impressed.Dr. Serrano’s recommendations are conservative with no “up sell” pressures. I was so scared to do breasts implants and i will never thought i will do it in tj.but omg i had Sergery at 12 and i was aready walking out by 5. Dr Mauel did a wonderful job.i love my breast. Not in a lot of pain.i cant belive it. All the Dr there and the nurses where so sweet and the made shore to keep a eye on me. They realy kater to my needs.
