Dr Ng is a very experienced doctor. I went for abnormal bleeding then after few test all it's just a small issue. My problem solve within 1 week. Reasonable price and I'm satisfied with the treatment. Thanks to dctr and the nurses very polite .
Doctor was really patient in explaining my medical condition (received free anatomical sketch in the process which is quite interesting) and the treatment options to me. The treatment process was fortunately a painless and smooth sailing one. (PS) Thank u, awesome doctor(s), nurses and team.
Writing coz I have nothing to do while I wait lol. Kudos to the overworked staff who have to deal with the never ending steam of patients. They are patiently apologetic to all those tired of waiting too long, and discreet as they can be on the standard sensitive Qns regarding your medical history that they will ask at the recep counterWent on a Sat, which tends to be very crowded coz they're only open half day and closed on Sun. Less crowded on weekdays according to the nurse/recep. They unfortunately don't manage to mention this to everyone who calls to make an appointment as they are harried enough as it is. Note that you have to wait standing outside for an hour or more while you wait for them to call for your turn coz there are limited seats in the clinic which are now even further reduced by the 1m social distancing rule. So far a 2hr wait & counting from the time of my appointment.... note to self :don't book appointment on Sat!Ended up there a total of 2hr 40min - doc is the old school sort you'd miss when they retire. Answers your queries calmly and patiently, doesn't do unnecessary extra procedures, explains what he is doing & why throughout the consult.Payment is cash & nets only. Recep / nurse will advise you how much $ to set aside for your procedure if you ask while making the appointment

I’ve always accepted my droopy eyelids but since they’ve been feeling heavier and starting to affect my sight, I decided to get ptosis surgery. Dr Leo patiently gave me all the information I need, and felt assuring. True to his word, the surgery went smoothly and without complications. Thankful to the whole team!
+extremely well done alarplasty+patiently answers all questions+no hidden costs (everything included in the price they state - medicine, laser treatment, anaesthesia costs + free subsequent checkups)+much cheaper than other trusted plastic surgeonsThe only real negative is that my appointment always starts 1h - 1h30min late. Hymenoplasty also referred to as hymen reconstruction or hymenorrhaphy, is a surgical procedure to restore the hymen temporarily. The procedure is not regarded as a gynecology procedure and is often categorized as plastic surgery as it is usually performed for non-medical reasons. Hymenoplasty is normally carried out to cause bleeding in post-nuptial intercourse because, in some cultures, it is considered as a sign of virginity.
Hymenoplasty is simple, non-invasive, and is mostly performed under local anesthetic, but under some circumstances, it may also be carried out under general anesthetic. Your doctor stitches a membrane, sometimes with a gelatin capsule with an artificial bloodlike substance, and the new hymen is made to match the real hymen.
Although hymenoplasty is an outpatient procedure, you should aim to stay in Singapore for at least 5 to 7 days for your initial recovery and a follow-up hospital checkup. During the checkup, your surgeon will monitor your health and healing progress, and to remove any stitches if they did not use dissolving stitches.
Some patients can go back to work within 1-2 weeks, but the total recovery period until you are able to resume your full daily routine (including exercise and heavy lifting) can take at least 6 to 8 weeks. You should also avoid penetrative sex for about three months.
It is really important to keep your genital area dry and clean. Your doctor will give you a set of instructions regarding healing for the stitches, dietary restrictions, and exercises. It is best to avoid tampons and menstrual cup during and after your recovery period. Some activities can also rip or break the hymen, such as pelvic examinations, sexual intercourse, regular physical activities, gymnastics, or horseback riding.
Hymenoplasty is a relatively safe procedure with a high success rate. However, it carries some rare side effects and risks, including infection and prolonged bleeding. Occasionally, the procedure can also cause stricture or hymen overcorrection, making sexual intercourse difficult, but it is not a long-term problem.
There is currently no alternative to hymenoplasty as this procedure is the best option for people who want to reconstruct their hymen.
Before hymenoplasty, your hymen may be broken or ripped due to various reasons. After the procedure, your hymen will have a ‘new’ hymen intact.
