Dr Val Phua and team were very efficient and communicative throughout the entire process. Had a great experience and felt very comfortable. Minimal discomfort after the operation apart from some dryness in the eyes. By the day after the review I was pretty much fully functional with only slight haziness.
I underwent the Ortho-K procedure with Titus. He was friendly, personable, and clearly an expert in this field. Even though there was slight discomfort during the initial run-in period, it quickly resolved after a few adjustments and his constant assurance helped give me the confidence to carry on with the treatment. I have recommended more than 10 of my friends, especially those who wear contact lenses in front of the screen for more than 8 hours a day, to switch to Ortho-K.
I had myopia and had Lasik at Dr Low's clinic. This was 15 years ago and my eyesight has been good ever since!
A very calm and patient doctor whom has takes very good care of his patients
Came in for checkup and very satisfied with the service and glad for no upsell at the end!
Had a great experience doing relex SMILE at Atlas. Everything was well explained and the procedure was super smooth, didn't feel a thing.
He has taken care of my daughter since she was diagnose with lazy eye ever for 10 years now with much improvement. The staff is very professional with their work and their ability to take care of little kids is amazing esp when it involves 2 to 3 hours of eye test.
Professional care but waiting too long, I can't stand it
I had Lasik done a few years ago by Dr J. Theng. He did a very good job and was responsive.
Swift service, and very kind doctors and staff.
Had a horrible and infuriating encounter with Dr Alicia during my chalazion eye infection last year that wouldn’t go away. My eyes are extremely sensitive, so even flipping the eyelid to touch and squeeze the oil glands in the eyelid made me feel very nauseous and sick. When I was dizzy and visibly uncomfortable, Dr Alicia said, “don’t be so drama” to me. I was shocked and insulted. How can a doctor who I’m trusting with my health, say that to a her patient who is obviously suffering and literally paying for this appointment. Very rude and unprofessional.Even during my eye surgery to drain the pus from my eye infection, she was unempathetic to the anxiety and stress I was going through and did nothing to help me feel better. The only good thing about Doctor Alicia Eye Specialist clinic is the staff and assistants at the front desk. They were kind and patient and had way more empathy than Doctor Alicia during the whole ordeal. But still never returning there again.
This place is very expensive. There is no charge for checking your eyes. You are asked to check many items. The final bill is very scary。
