I would like to express my deep gratitude to our doctor Abdullah Çalik who operated on me and my sister. Almost a couple of months have passed since the operation, the result exceeded all our expectations! Rehabilitation is still in progress, but everything is going well and calmly. We also thank all the nurses for their warm care and attention to us. I had a very good experience with travel medi. In the beginning I was fearful of going all the way to turkey for my breast augmentation, but my travel coordinator Berat was wonderful, he answered all my questions promptly and he helped to turn my fear into excitement. Everything was very well organized from the transfers and hotel, to the pre and post op appointments to the surgery itself. The hotel location is excellent as everything you need is in walking distance and the area is one of the best and safest in Istanbul. Berat was always available if I had any questions, and I felt very looked after. Dr Esra Bilgen is very efficient and an excellent surgeon. She understood what I wanted immediately and she made recommendations according to her expertise. I felt that my surgery went very well, my results are amazing, and the pain has been very manageable with the medications prescribed. I did not even have any bruising with tells me that she is a very skilled and gentle surgeon. I definitely recommend travel medi, and if I ever have anything done in the future they will be my top choice.

Everything was done so professionally throughout the entire process, from start to (I haven't quite finished healing yet, but) finish. It was easy, calm, and reassuring dealing with all of the team. The hospital was beautiful, and the nursing and surgical team were faultless in their care. The hotel was also stunning, and the room service on their app was extremely useful for ordering with ease. The aftercare team has been wonderful, and have answered any questions I've had with understanding and care. I am only a week post surgery so far, but am very happy with my choice in using Dr Mehmet Ceber and Clinic team for my procedure.

Very nice service and every one is very friendly and helpful. The dentists and the surgeons are very skilled and know exactly what they are doing. They give you advise every step of the way and go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want out of the experience. I underwent rhinoplasty in June 2019. My coordinator was Yasin, and my doctor was Gürhan Özcan, both were excellent from start to finish. My nose was very bad, it was incredibly squint, with a peak in the middle. While it is not perfect now, which would have been impossible, its much better than I could have expected. Im very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend the people and the hospital.

В этом году планировал осуществить пересадку волос, посетил все известные клиники в Москве, но так и не решился делать операцию в России, потому что либо очень дорого ( берут оплату за количество пересаженных графтов, либо не хватает компетенции). Весной этого года был пролетом через Стамбул и был удивлён количеством людей с пересадкой волос, которые гуляли по городу с повязкой Clinicana. По возвращению начал мониторить данную клинику и вот в сентябре я сделал операцию. Результат можно будет увидеть позже, но могу сказать на счёт сервиса:1. Встретили нас в аэропорту, отвезли в клинику для сдачи анализов. Почему нас, потому что Клиника оплачивает проживание любого одного сопровождающего гостя, разместили нас в хорошем отеле в центре города)2. На второй день в течение 7 часов мне сделали операцию, с перерывом на обед;3. На третий день я уже гулял по городу, наслаждаясь видами Стамбула;4. На четвёртый день сняли бандаж и отвезли в аэропорт. Although it is the Covid 19 period, I thank you for the fact that the clinic is well equipped, and the employees are involved in such a period.I analyzed many places before hair transplantation and Dr. I decided that the lady of Melike was the best and I was operated here. Before the operation, Melike lady already provided detailed information about the whole process.I had an operation that lasted about 6 hours. All employees were really experienced and knowledgeable. I can recommend it to anyone with peace of mind.After the operation, they called me to the controls by calling me all the time. Now I am getting good results in the 9th month of October. Sadece kendim için değil ailem, arkadaşlarım ve tüm sevdiklerimi yönlendirdiğim tek hastane. Başka bir hastanede çektirdiğim Mamogrofiyi , burda tekrar çektirmek zorunda kaldım ve içim rahat etti. Commonly known as a Mastopexy, the breast lift is a surgical procedure to raise sagging breasts by modifying the contour and elevation. Breasts look saggy due to overstretched suspensory ligaments of cooper, excessive tissue, and skin. Lactation is also a cause of drooping breasts. During this procedure, a plastic surgeon removes excess skin and tighten the remaining tissue to create a more contoured and shapely breasts. After being discharged from the hospital, you have to come for check-ups on a regular basis to ensure that nothing goes wrong. You should remain in Istanbul for at least 7-10 days after the surgery. In this period, your incisions heal and stitches are removed. You can leave when told by your doctor.
What's the Recovery Time for Breast Lift Procedures in Istanbul?
Plan to take 2 to 3 weeks off work for your breast lift surgery. There will be pain and swelling in the operated area and your breasts will appear swollen for almost 2 weeks. There will be redness and pain around your incisions. Your areola and nipple are likely to be numb for a few days.
In the early days, painkillers are given to help you with pain. You might have to wear surgical bras for 2 to 3 weeks, after which, you can wear regular bras. No underwire bras should be worn for at least 6 weeks.

Are there Alternatives to Breast Lift Procedures in Istanbul?
The following are some non-surgical alternatives to breast lift surgery:
- Padded bras: padded bras or push up bras give a rounded contour to your breasts without incisions. Bras lift your breasts up eliminating the droopy appearance. However, this is not a permanent method.
- Vampire breast lift: in this procedure, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections are given which restore your bust. This is a 20-minute procedure in which a numbing cream is applied onto your breasts. After they go numb, PRP along with hyaluronic acid is injected into your breasts. It tightens your breasts and lifts them up. Hyaluronic acid increases the efficacy of PRP.
- Laser treatment: high power laser is used to stimulate the growth of collagen. It only targets the outer layers of skin. Hence, rejuvenating the skin only.
- Caci bust treatment: a device releasing electrical impulses is moved over your breasts. It hydrates your skin and gives strength to the tissue. Improving the contour of your breasts.
- Botox: These injections are given into your chest muscles. As a result, these muscles relax. To compensate for these muscles, your back muscles contract, lifting your breasts higher. This can last for 3 to 4 months.
- Thermage: in this procedure, radio waves are used to tighten the skin of your bust. Production of collagen is stimulated which lifts the skin of your droopy breasts.
- Chest exercises: you can do different chest exercises to strengthen your chest muscles. It tightens the skin and raises your breasts. It is more effective if performed under the supervision of an instructor.
What Should You Expect Before and After the Procedure
The preliminary phase before the Breast Lift generally requires an exhaustive health evaluation, which includes a mammogram and the measurement of your breasts.
