I highly recommend Foremedi to anyone. They are a group of professionals (surgeon, hospital staff, patient coordinator/translator ) extremely proficient in what they do. I had done my research prior to choosing Foremedi and their responsiveness, honesty, professionalism prior to my trip to Antalya convinced me that they are a trusted group. From the moment I arrived to Antalya, I was greeted by a proficient English speaking patient coordinator who had arranged for blood and other tests prior to my surgery. He guided me to all those appointments without any waiting or delays. I was then transported in a luxury Mercedes van to the hotel. A very nice beach front hotel in great location, about 15 minutes away from the hospital and about 5 minutes away from the surgeon’s office/clinic. On the day of surgery, I got picked up promptly and once again greeted by very kind and knowledgeable patient coordinator (Mr. Chatai). The pre surgery process was very thorough and perfectly on time. After the surgery, I stayed one night at the hospital and the nurses/staff were very attentive. They even used Google translator to communicate with me. I got excellent care over night and discharged the next day. The patient coordinator was perfectly on time to pick me up, even filled my prescription and I was dropped off to the hotel. At the hotel, he was in constant communication with me and the surgeon to ensure that there weren’t any problems. I was picked up two days after the surgery to meet the surgeon in his office. He removed the bandages and kindly updated me that all is well. The surgeon spoke great English too. I barely felt that I was getting a procedure in a foreign country. They made everything so smooth and accommodating. They exceeded all my expectations. I am extremely pleased and will definitely go back for any needed plastic surgery. Bravo Foremedi

Wonderful service..They treated me with the absolute best care from the moment I contacted them. I've never been to Turkey and I was afraid frankly but my consultant was with me through my whole stay there. Never had any issues thanks to him and the great doctors. I would like to express my deep gratitude to our doctor Abdullah Çalik who operated on me and my sister. Almost a couple of months have passed since the operation, the result exceeded all our expectations! Rehabilitation is still in progress, but everything is going well and calmly. We also thank all the nurses for their warm care and attention to us. I had my Gastric Sleeve with NewMe Health in August 2023. From the first contact I made to Nesrin, right through to when my driver dropped me back at Antalya the experience was amazing. I had a family member who had previously been to this clinic so I had a good recommendation. I am so glad I chose these guys! The team are amazing! Dr Mani performed my surgery. He is a lovely man and made me feel at ease. The hospital was very comfortable, clean and the nurses were brilliant and caring. Not once did I have to ask for anything, they were on top of everything. Nesrin, Eren and Irmak are wonderful people. I had a very good experience with travel medi. In the beginning I was fearful of going all the way to turkey for my breast augmentation, but my travel coordinator Berat was wonderful, he answered all my questions promptly and he helped to turn my fear into excitement. Everything was very well organized from the transfers and hotel, to the pre and post op appointments to the surgery itself. The hotel location is excellent as everything you need is in walking distance and the area is one of the best and safest in Istanbul. Berat was always available if I had any questions, and I felt very looked after. Dr Esra Bilgen is very efficient and an excellent surgeon. She understood what I wanted immediately and she made recommendations according to her expertise. I felt that my surgery went very well, my results are amazing, and the pain has been very manageable with the medications prescribed. I did not even have any bruising with tells me that she is a very skilled and gentle surgeon. I definitely recommend travel medi, and if I ever have anything done in the future they will be my top choice.

Everything was done so professionally throughout the entire process, from start to (I haven't quite finished healing yet, but) finish. It was easy, calm, and reassuring dealing with all of the team. The hospital was beautiful, and the nursing and surgical team were faultless in their care. The hotel was also stunning, and the room service on their app was extremely useful for ordering with ease. The aftercare team has been wonderful, and have answered any questions I've had with understanding and care. I am only a week post surgery so far, but am very happy with my choice in using Dr Mehmet Ceber and Clinic team for my procedure.

From getting off the plane in Izmir to being taken to our hotel for recuperation, the whole experience was one of undivided attention and care. The surgeon saw me every day at, or before 9am. Meds were given on time and we were checked upon in our room frequently.

Very nice service and every one is very friendly and helpful. The dentists and the surgeons are very skilled and know exactly what they are doing. They give you advise every step of the way and go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want out of the experience. I have been and had a couple of surgeries with the amazing Dr Duygu Aksoy, she is amazing and I would not go anywhere else for any future treatments. All of the girls at the clinic are lovely and always helpful when I have asked questions. They only negative is the Language barrier but then that’s more my fault than there’s as I travel from the UK to Antalya for my treatments and cant speak a word of Turkish but between us we work through this, Dr Duygu Aksoy and a couple of girls there speak a little English.

I found out about mono from a influencer who's body looked amazing!! did my own research for about a year before I felt confident to book. Out of many clinics out there mono was one of my top list, I did breast augmentation my Doctor was amazing and very caring ( thank you Dr Nazmi) I'm so happy with the way me and my mother ( who came with me for support) was taken care of. What you need to know about Breast Lift in Turkey
Commonly known as a Mastopexy, the breast lift is a surgical procedure to raise sagging breasts by modifying the contour and elevation. Breasts look saggy due to overstretched suspensory ligaments of cooper, excessive tissue, and skin. Lactation is also a cause of drooping breasts. During this procedure, a plastic surgeon removes excess skin and tighten the remaining tissue to create a more contoured and shapely breasts. Some patients may choose to have breast implants added as part of the procedure to give the breasts more volume.
After the surgery, you can expect to have round and elevated breasts. However, this surgery is not for everyone, you should talk to your doctor openly before opting for it. Your physical conditions and history are considered before going for surgery. Your surgeon will determine whether or not you are a good candidate for breast lift. For patients over the age of 40, a breast scan might be necessary.
A breast lift won't significantly change the size of your breasts. However, it can be performed in combination with breast augmentation or breast reduction.

How Long Should I Stay in Turkey for a Breast Lift Procedure?
Breast lift is a 2 to 3-hour procedure, after which you are moved from the operation theatre to a private recovery room. You are monitored for a few hours, and if everything goes fine you can go home on the same day, assuming no other surgeries were performed at the same time.
After being discharged from the hospital, you have to come for check-ups on a regular basis to ensure that nothing goes wrong. You should remain in Turkey for at least 7-10 days after the surgery. In this period, your incisions heal and stitches are removed. You can leave when told by your doctor.
What's the Recovery Time for Breast Lift Procedures in Turkey?
Plan to take 2 to 3 weeks off work for your breast lift surgery. There will be pain and swelling in the operated area and your breasts will appear swollen for almost 2 weeks. There will be redness and pain around your incisions. Your areola and nipple are likely to be numb for a few days.
In the early days, painkillers are given to help you with pain. You might have to wear surgical bras for 2 to 3 weeks, after which, you can wear regular bras. No underwire bras should be worn for at least 6 weeks.
What sort of Aftercare is Required for Breast Lift Procedures in Turkey?
Following points should be kept in mind to take care of yourself after being discharged from the hospital:
- Visit your doctor regularly for some time.
- Take your medicines as and when prescribed by the doctor.
- Follow a healthy diet plan for a better recovery.
- Ensure the presence of someone with you to look after you.
- Do not wear push up bras for 5 to 6 weeks after the surgery.
- Wear surgical bras in the early few days.
- Avoid excessive movement of your breasts.
- Do not take a bath as long as bandages are there. Wet bandages can be the cause of infection.
- Do not bend.
- Avoid sexual activity for at least 2 weeks.
- Do not lift heavy objects or kids. It can put stress on your stitches, removing them before due time.

Are there Alternatives to Breast Lift Procedures in Turkey?
The following are some non-surgical alternatives to breast lift surgery:
- Padded bras: padded bras or push up bras give a rounded contour to your breasts without incisions. Bras lift your breasts up eliminating the droopy appearance. However, this is not a permanent method.
- Vampire breast lift: in this procedure, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections are given which restore your bust. This is a 20-minute procedure in which a numbing cream is applied onto your breasts. After they go numb, PRP along with hyaluronic acid is injected into your breasts. It tightens your breasts and lifts them up. Hyaluronic acid increases the efficacy of PRP.
- Laser treatment: high power laser is used to stimulate the growth of collagen. It only targets the outer layers of skin. Hence, rejuvenating the skin only.
- Caci bust treatment: a device releasing electrical impulses is moved over your breasts. It hydrates your skin and gives strength to the tissue. Improving the contour of your breasts.
- Botox: These injections are given into your chest muscles. As a result, these muscles relax. To compensate for these muscles, your back muscles contract, lifting your breasts higher. This can last for 3 to 4 months.
- Thermage: in this procedure, radio waves are used to tighten the skin of your bust. Production of collagen is stimulated which lifts the skin of your droopy breasts.
- Chest exercises: you can do different chest exercises to strengthen your chest muscles. It tightens the skin and raises your breasts. It is more effective if performed under the supervision of an instructor.
What Should You Expect Before and After the Procedure
The preliminary phase before the Breast Lift generally requires an exhaustive health evaluation, which includes a mammogram and the measurement of your breasts. The medical facility will recommend you to avoid drugs that could escalate the risk of bleeding, for instance, Aspirin. They may also request that you refrain from smoking since nicotine can hinder the recovery process.
