Very pleased with the entire experience during my stay in Turkey with both Mita Health and the doctor that did my rhinoplasty, Dr. Gökhan Semerci. The surgeon was brilliant, surgery went well and I have no visible scars or any issues, everything healead well. The entire journey went smoothly, hotel was lovely, transfers from the airport to the hotel or hospital and return were always on time. Food was really nice. Good communication and Raneen always answered all my questions and reassured me when I was in doubt 😊 Best decision I ever made, really happy with my new nose. Thank you

In April i had a sleeve revision with Mita Health at their new hospital at Baypark. Alper was my consultant and was always at the end of the phone if ever i needed asssistance. After a couple of hiccups with my care i was treated like royalty and the op went like a dream. The staff at Mita are just lovely, they want you to have the best experience possibe and will go out of the way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hospital was clean, the rooms are lovely you have your own ensuite, and there is a cafe downstairs if you fancy a coffee or a hot chocolate. After the op the food is not the best but if your having any kind of gastric op the food has to be light for your new stomach. All in All i would recommend MITA they were fab and Alper was very caring and even long after the op checks in on me.

This is my second experience with Mita, both my experiences was absolutely great, Raneen is absolutely amazing always there to answer to all my questions. High quality service, great choice of surgeon that was absolutely amazing. I have had done a tummy tuck surgery and liposuction in the end of March and I feel absolutely great. Thank you Mita!

On 21st Jan 2024 I did a gastric bypass at the newly acquired Baypark hospital. I am very happy with the care I was given from day one. Special thanks to Zehra,Dr Kafkas and all the nurses and cleaners who tended to my needs. I am doing well I was 135 kgs before the operation now I am 87kgs . I still need to lose another 25kgs for my ideal weight but I am getting there. I stopped taking my diabetes, hypertension,asthma medication as my readings are excellent now. Even I stopped my sleep apnea machine as I improved drastically. This was the best decision I ever made in my life and thanks to Mita clinics I achieved it.

The care was excellent by all the staff, including nurses doctors and consultants. I was always tended to when needed and they always there to help me. Very clean and good service in the hospital. I am very please with my experience, they are a trust worthy company with good services and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to get a gastric sleeve operation with them.

From the moment I arrived at Medar Hastanesi I was very well looked after, immaculately clean too. All the staff were very accommodating, especially Sedef my rep, Dilara my dietitian and Dr Cüneyt KAYAALP my surgeon. All very very friendly and helpful. I got a bit upset when it was time to leave. I very much recommend Medar. My companion enjoyed the food too.

My husband had a gastric sleeve procedure. From start to finish the service was amazin Mita Sedef was our cordenator she was great on call 24/7 always making sure everything and everyone was ok , we was picked up from the airport taken to a five star hotel the hospital was spotless and modern could not of wished for better I highly recommend the surgeon , hospital and staff.would definitely go back if needed any other procedures

Staff were very helpful and did not stop being there for you once you left hospital if you had a concern they were quick to respond day and night to your questions there were some language barriers with some staff and so used google translate but I’m dyslexic so could not always spell everything I wanted to communicate to staff and this slowed communication when the translator was not there. I would recommend this hospital to others as the care and support was very good and my husbands operation went well

Sedaf and Dilara were absolutely brilliant, they made my experience so much better. Everyone was there to listen to my requests and if I needed painkillers or attention, nurses were always available and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone . It’s been a great experience

I’ll like to appreciate my consultant Ece, she was so patient , caring , kind and very knowledgeable, also Sedef and Dilara where awesome, very patient , gentle , extremely supportive and caring throughout my stay at the hospital, the surgeon Prof Cunyet was very calm , gentle and very friendly, he made the whole process easy, also all the nurses at Medar hospital (Faiza and the rest of them ) they were very caring , supportive, they were always there every-time, the staff of the hospital generally where all fantastic people, the transfer from the airport to the hospital, to the hotel and to the airport was smooth. The hospital is fully equipped, I had my private room, the hotel was a five star and beautiful hotel, I also had my private room. Thank you to every one who is a part of Mita health team. I really appreciate you all.

From arriving at the airport nothing was too much trouble . The surgeon was great the staff all went out of their way to assist me surgeon visited me on my day of discharge the co ordinator and the dietician were informative would recommend

I'm sarah from edinburgh and i traveled to turkey Mita clinic for my gastric sleeve on the 17th of October the hospital room was spotless and very comfortable was like being in a hotel the doctors and nursers where lovely always seemed to have a smile on their face did find it hard sometimes to communicate with the nurses as they never really spoke english Sedef and Dilara where lovely always on hand and translate for me and what the nurses where saying

Sedef and Mehmet made my weight loss journey stress free. They attended to me when I requested. There was a language barrier but Google Translate fixed that issue. The hotel was beautiful, staff were excellent. I’d recommend Mita Healthcare.

The hospital was spotless and comfortable. The nurses and doctors where very lovely but I found it really hard communicating with the nurses as they didn't understand english very well. Dilara and sedef where amazing they translated everything that was happening and kept me informed with everything that was going on.

I had a very good experience overall. I was nervous to undergo such a surgery but Sedef, the Case Manager & Dilari, the Dietician put me at ease. They both explained things clearly & answered any questions I had. In addition, they were both extremely professional yet easy to approach which helped so much. They would visit daily to chat or answer any questions. The hospital & hotel accommodation was of a very good standard. I was anxious about having surgery abroad but I would highly recommend Mita Health Group

My experience was absolutely first class from beginning to end. From my initial enquiry to discharge I have been cared for in the most amazing way and the whole thing has been completely stress free. I travelled alone and was met at the airport by my car and taken to hospital where Denise cared for me like a sister, all pre-op stuff was quick and stress free. The morning of my surgery relaxing and I recovered well from the operation. I highly recommend Mita clinic.

If you don’t have decided in which Klinik you gonna do your Gastric Sleeve than choose MITA KLINIK!! From the first Kontakt with RANEEN until today I am forever grateful that I did and the biggest thank for the most professional, caring, kindly and most important respectful behaviour goes to the patient coordinator DENISE!! She was very helpful in every situation. The hole team at the hospital surprised me with their teamwork around me and my family. The nurses were really kindly & good humans with a heart of gold especially FATMA who never left my side.

First class service Denise was brilliant as i went for a bypass revision on my own they never made me feel alone All the surgeons and nurses were amazing looking after me so week I would say if you are thinking of having bypass or sleeve surgery go to Mita clinics whether you go by urself or not you are never alone Benus the dietician gave me really good instruction on what to do next And she was more than happy to answer any questions i had Even Erman who i booked my surgery with has been messaging me to see how I am

Sterling service given by MITA. Thanking Raneen for her patience with me. Zenyo for taking good care of me on during the first visit (even lending me her own Istanbul Kard while I got mine done), and the diligent Deniz who was with me on the 2nd visit. Making sure my transfers were on time, showing me a little of the Asian side, whilst also staying with me until the minute I left for the airport. Continuous support at the dental clinic and treating me like her own family and making sure I was alright all through the 10 days I was there. Amazing service. The dental clinic, the surgeons, and staff where shaving, helpful, spotless clean and professional. I will definately recommend MITA to anyone, anytime.
