I highly recommend Foremedi to anyone. They are a group of professionals (surgeon, hospital staff, patient coordinator/translator ) extremely proficient in what they do. I had done my research prior to choosing Foremedi and their responsiveness, honesty, professionalism prior to my trip to Antalya convinced me that they are a trusted group. From the moment I arrived to Antalya, I was greeted by a proficient English speaking patient coordinator who had arranged for blood and other tests prior to my surgery. He guided me to all those appointments without any waiting or delays. I was then transported in a luxury Mercedes van to the hotel. A very nice beach front hotel in great location, about 15 minutes away from the hospital and about 5 minutes away from the surgeon’s office/clinic. On the day of surgery, I got picked up promptly and once again greeted by very kind and knowledgeable patient coordinator (Mr. Chatai). The pre surgery process was very thorough and perfectly on time. After the surgery, I stayed one night at the hospital and the nurses/staff were very attentive. They even used Google translator to communicate with me. I got excellent care over night and discharged the next day. The patient coordinator was perfectly on time to pick me up, even filled my prescription and I was dropped off to the hotel. At the hotel, he was in constant communication with me and the surgeon to ensure that there weren’t any problems. I was picked up two days after the surgery to meet the surgeon in his office. He removed the bandages and kindly updated me that all is well. The surgeon spoke great English too. I barely felt that I was getting a procedure in a foreign country. They made everything so smooth and accommodating. They exceeded all my expectations. I am extremely pleased and will definitely go back for any needed plastic surgery. Bravo Foremedi

Wonderful service..They treated me with the absolute best care from the moment I contacted them. I've never been to Turkey and I was afraid frankly but my consultant was with me through my whole stay there. Never had any issues thanks to him and the great doctors. I would like to express my deep gratitude to our doctor Abdullah Çalik who operated on me and my sister. Almost a couple of months have passed since the operation, the result exceeded all our expectations! Rehabilitation is still in progress, but everything is going well and calmly. We also thank all the nurses for their warm care and attention to us. I had a family member who had previously been to this clinic so I had a good recommendation. I am so glad I chose these guys! The team are amazing! Dr Mani performed my surgery. He is a lovely man and made me feel at ease. The hospital was very comfortable, clean and the nurses were brilliant and caring. I had a very good experience with travel medi. In the beginning I was fearful of going all the way to turkey for my breast augmentation, but my travel coordinator Berat was wonderful, he answered all my questions promptly and he helped to turn my fear into excitement. Everything was very well organized from the transfers and hotel, to the pre and post op appointments to the surgery itself. The hotel location is excellent as everything you need is in walking distance and the area is one of the best and safest in Istanbul. Berat was always available if I had any questions, and I felt very looked after. Dr Esra Bilgen is very efficient and an excellent surgeon. She understood what I wanted immediately and she made recommendations according to her expertise. I felt that my surgery went very well, my results are amazing, and the pain has been very manageable with the medications prescribed. I did not even have any bruising with tells me that she is a very skilled and gentle surgeon. I definitely recommend travel medi, and if I ever have anything done in the future they will be my top choice.

Everything was done so professionally throughout the entire process, from start to (I haven't quite finished healing yet, but) finish. It was easy, calm, and reassuring dealing with all of the team. The hospital was beautiful, and the nursing and surgical team were faultless in their care. The hotel was also stunning, and the room service on their app was extremely useful for ordering with ease. The aftercare team has been wonderful, and have answered any questions I've had with understanding and care. I am only a week post surgery so far, but am very happy with my choice in using Dr Mehmet Ceber and Clinic team for my procedure.

I would like to say I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. They have arranged a pick up at a airport with a very luxurious Limousin. After that they took me too the hotel. 5 star Hotel is also very good and equipped with all facilities. Let's talk about surgery... Consultation was offered before the surgery, also the operation was carried out by very experienced staff. Doctors were very nice and supportive. I went through the surgery without any difficulties. Translator Mr. Hasan was also very helpful. He helped me explaining me everything about the surgery. And Ms. Turkan also helped me a lot to take care of all the Management related stuff. She is very helpful from beginning to the end. Surgery was flawless. Now fingers crossed to get my new hairline! 😊

I have been and had a couple of surgeries with the amazing Dr Duygu Aksoy, she is amazing and I would not go anywhere else for any future treatments. All of the girls at the clinic are lovely and always helpful when I have asked questions. They only negative is the Language barrier but then that’s more my fault than there’s as I travel from the UK to Antalya for my treatments and cant speak a word of Turkish but between us we work through this, Dr Duygu Aksoy and a couple of girls there speak a little English.

I found out about mono from a influencer who's body looked amazing!! did my own research for about a year before I felt confident to book. Out of many clinics out there mono was one of my top list, I did breast augmentation my Doctor was amazing and very caring ( thank you Dr Nazmi) I'm so happy with the way me and my mother ( who came with me for support) was taken care of. What you need to know about Breast Reduction in Turkey
Female Breast reduction (reduction mammoplasty), also known as Reduction Mammoplasty, is a surgical operation to reduce the weight and volume of the breasts. During the procedure, fat, glandular tissue and skin are removed from the breasts, which are then reshaped, and the nipples repositioned. The nipple-areola complex (NAC) is preserved to ensure that lactational ability is not affected. The mammoplasty is performed for three reasons, aesthetic, physical and psychological.
Breast size is determined by genes, hormones, body frame, and weight. For most women, breast size is proportionate to the body, but for some, the breasts are particularly large. Large breasts can cause physical symptoms such as discomfort, backache, neck pain, and skin irritations. Oversized breasts can also cause psychological distress. Common complaints from women with large breasts include not being able to wear fashionable clothes and finding it difficult to take part in active sports. In these cases, breast reduction surgery can be an option.
What does a Breast Reduction Procedure Involve?
The procedure begins with making you lay in the supine position. Anesthesia is given to avoid pain during surgery. The area is sterilized and an incision is given around the areola and down your breasts. The flap of skin containing areola and nipple is displaced and excessive fat, breast tissue, and skin are removed to lessen the size of your mammary gland. In the next step, breasts are reshaped, areola and nipples are again placed over the reduced breasts and stitches are given.
In some cases, when a large amount of tissue and fat is removed, skin flap with areola and nipples is detached and repositioned at a higher level according to the new size. Drainage tubes are inserted into the breasts to drain away blood and fluid. Bandages are applied over the stitched incisions. You are asked to wear a surgical bra. It is tried to make both breasts look alike; however, small variations in the size of breasts and areola can be there.
What about Breast Augmentation?
Breast augmentation might also be performed on women who suffer from a condition called macromastia. It can be due to various reasons such as hypertrophy of adipose tissue in the breast, after menopause, postpartum, genetics, etc. In this condition, your breasts are sagging, and their size is bigger in proportion to your body, causing a number of problems. A woman affected by macromastia suffers from pain in the head, neck, shoulders, and back. Blood circulation and respiration are also disturbed. Men who experience gynecomastia can also opt for breast reduction surgery.
Another case where breast reduction can be an option is when breasts grow particularly large because of the use of hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

Regular check-ups are advised in the first few days after surgery. Oral pain killers are given to deal with pain and swelling. Stitches are removed in 2 weeks after which you are allowed to go home. In case you notice any redness, secretion, abnormal pain or inflammation, consult your doctor.
What's the Recovery Time for Breast Reduction Procedures in Turkey?
It takes several months for recovery from a breast reduction surgery. You cannot go to work for 1 to 2 weeks after the surgery. There will be pain and swelling in the initial days for which you are given some medicines. Avoid intensive physical activity for at least 1 month. You are asked not to wear underwire bras for a few months. You are allowed to wear a normal bra after 4 weeks. It takes 6 to 8 weeks for the swelling and tenderness to go away. Even after complete recovery, scars do not disappear. However, they are faded and become less visible. Changes continue to take place for a year after going through this surgery.
What sort of Aftercare is Required for Breast Reduction Procedures in Turkey?
You should consider the following points to take care of yourself after surgery:
- Do come for regular check-ups.
- Take your medicines regularly, as and when prescribed by your physician.
- Make sure that someone lives with you to look after you.
- Follow a healthy diet plan for a better recovery.
- Do not wear fancy, underwire bras in the early days. Wear surgical bra only.
- Wear loose clothes, tees, and shirts.
- Avoid excessive, unnecessary movement of your breasts.
- Do not take a bath in the first few days, a wet bandage can be the cause of infection.
- Do not ignore any kind of soreness, redness or abnormal secretions from your breasts. Visit your doctor immediately.
- Drink plenty of water. It is very effective for a quick recovery.
- Use icepacks to help you with swelling.
- Do not try to lift heavy objects because your movement is restricted due to stitches. It can open up your stitches before time.
- Do some stretching exercises when told by your physician.

Breast reduction mammoplasty is found to be successful in most of the cases. According to a survey, 80% of women are satisfied with the results of the surgery.
