Dr.Chio is very caring towards his patients worries and needs. Although his clinic is far from my house, but it’s worth to travel all the way to Bedok just to be treated by him. Their packages are affordable too. Overall, I recommend him. He’s really a good doctor! 😊
Hands-down best plastic surgeon. Pays super close attention to all the details, very important when choosing a doctor. Highly recommended.
I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews. I have a stubborn hypertrophic scar on my right arm and after one treatment with Dr Lew the scar is visibly flatter and feels a lot softer. I’ve gone for my second treatment and I’m excited to see the end results and finally be rid of the scar. And it’s not just that. Dr Lew is one of the most wonderful doctors I’ve ever met in my life (and I’m not exaggerating). She is kind, patient, and really takes the time to understand your needs. She is more like an older sister who just wants the best for you and gives great advice; I also asked for advice regarding my migraines, hormonal acne and use of BCP and she’s generous with her knowledge and what she thinks is the best course of action for me, with my health as the top priority. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr Lew (even her staff is great and professional); her services are generally pricier but I can’t see myself seeing another dermatologist.
I’ve always accepted my droopy eyelids but since they’ve been feeling heavier and starting to affect my sight, I decided to get ptosis surgery. Dr Leo patiently gave me all the information I need, and felt assuring. True to his word, the surgery went smoothly and without complications. Thankful to the whole team!
Dr Leong is very professional, patient and detail in her skin analysis. She will target on problem areas and suggest the most suitable solution for you. The staff also provide excellent friendly service. 👍👍👍
I see this doctor very good. I get very strong. And go very long. Thank you.
Highly skilled, personal, attentive- great attention to details and professional Doctor. Generally not too pushy unlike others. Staff are customer service oriented, warm and genuinely friendly.
Dr Ng is a very experienced doctor. I went for abnormal bleeding then after few test all it's just a small issue. My problem solve within 1 week. Reasonable price and I'm satisfied with the treatment. Thanks to dctr and the nurses very polite .
Good doctor with a good team , knowledgeable and friendly. With his help , problem with my trouble skin(acne etc) since teenage years have been resolved! Thankful to find such doctor in Singapore!
Very relax and good atmosphere to enjoy facial treatment! Friendly and dedicated staff that explains clearly the procedures!
Great service and doctor is really nice and patient!
The receptionist and the nurse were very polite, welcoming and super useful. The doctor that attended me Marianne Chang, was the most professional and caring doctor I found in Singapore, I highly recommend this clinic.
I was urgently looking for female doctor in yishun, and visited 2 clinics which stated online that they had female doctors but was disappointed. This clinic, although far from me, has a really nice female doctor Dr Cheryl Lin who made me feel comfortable during my visit when I had a very embarrassing problem. I would visit this clinic again for female-related issues.

Dermatology is a branch of medicine that focuses on health issues affecting the skin, nails, hair, and mucous membrane. It is a specialty with both surgical and medical aspects. A dermatologist can address cosmetic issues, which can help to rejuvenate the appearance of the skin, nails, and hair. Being a dermatologist requires a great depth of clinical knowledge, including the variety of internal health problems that may cause skin symptoms. Dermatologists can treat over 3,000 conditions. Some of the most common are acne, dermatitis and eczema, hair loss, nail problems, fungal infections, warts, vitiligo, and skin cancer.
Dermatology has a number of departments and specialties, including:
A range of medical and cosmetic procedures are used to manage issues affecting the skin, nails, and hair. Many skin conditions can be treated by medications and noninvasive procedures, while others may require more invasive approaches. The following are several dermatologic procedures:
Depending on the type of procedure you have, you may be able to leave the hospital on the same day or stay for several days. For noninvasive treatments, such as chemical peels and cosmetic injections, you should be able to leave the hospital on the same day and fly home within a couple of days. For invasive procedures, particularly to treat serious medical conditions, such as cancer, you may need to stay in the hospital for several days, and stay in Singapore for at least 10 to 14 days. Your surgeon and/or medical travel team will advise you on this matter.
Recovery time will vary depending on the type of procedure you have, the reason why you have the procedure in the first place, and your general health. Your dermatologist will usually give you a detailed recovery timeline for each procedure. In general, recovery time for nonsurgical procedures is typically short and you should be able to resume your normal routine within a few days. For surgical procedures, it may take several weeks until you are allowed to return to your full daily activities.
Your dermatologist will give you a set of instructions to care for yourself during the recovery period. The instructions will be different for each type of procedures, but they may include a diet plan, light exercises to follow, how to care for your surgical wounds or affected area, activities you can or cannot do, signs of complications to be aware of, and medication to take. It is important that you follow your dermatologist’s instructions closely in order to avoid complications and to obtain the best possible results.
Some cosmetic procedures may not be permanent, such as dermal fillers and Botox, so you will need to have regular treatments in order to maintain the results. For skin cancer treatment, you may need to attend follow-up checkups to ensure that cancer has not come back.
Experienced and skilled dermatologists will be able to deliver a high success rate and satisfactory results. However, every type of procedure carries some risk, which may include infection, swelling, bleeding, adverse reaction to anesthesia, and unsatisfactory results.
If you have any problems with your skin, going to a dermatologist is the only way to treat it. However, if the skin problem is caused by an underlying condition, your doctor or dermatologist will recommend you to see relevant doctors to treat it.
Before seeing a dermatologist, you may have a problem with your skin. You may not like the wrinkles on your face, or you may have a lesion that needs to be removed. After receiving treatment from a dermatologist, your skin problems should be addressed. You may be able to achieve your dream appearance, any disease you had before may be treated.
