About Tunisia

Tunisia is located in the Maghreb region of North Africa and the country is widely known for its golden beaches, sunny weather, and affordable luxuries. With its high standard of healthcare and an exceptional reputation for cosmetic surgery, it successfully attracts thousands of medical tourists every year. The Tunisian Ministry of Health regulates the country’s cosmetic and plastic surgeons. The private hospitals are armed with cutting-edge technology, English-speaking medical professionals, and affordable prices. Many of the medical tourists come to the country for breast augmentation procedures. These medical tourists are mostly from Europe and neighboring African countries that have a lower standard of the healthcare system.
