Arm liposuction is a targeted fat removal procedure performed to eliminate excessive fat concentrated in the arm area that is hard to eliminate by exercise or diet. - Anterior axillary fat pad – also known as the breast tail, an anterior axillary fat pad can be found in front of your underarms, just in front of the armpit.
