I had my Gastric Sleeve with NewMe Health in August 2023. From the first contact I made to Nesrin, right through to when my driver dropped me back at Antalya the experience was amazing. I had a family member who had previously been to this clinic so I had a good recommendation. I am so glad I chose these guys! The team are amazing! Dr Mani performed my surgery. He is a lovely man and made me feel at ease. The hospital was very comfortable, clean and the nurses were brilliant and caring. Not once did I have to ask for anything, they were on top of everything. Nesrin, Eren and Irmak are wonderful people. It was so comforting to see Eren and Irmak’s faces every day, and they are very helpful! I was so nervous, but would recommend NewMe Health Clinic in a heartbeat

Overall my experience was great and it has changed my life. I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery December 2021. The experience was fab, as soon as I arrived I had pre op tests, ready for my operation the next day. Had the operation and I was home 3 days later after staying in the hospital just for 4 days. The aftercare is brilliant - I have a WhatsApp group with any questions I need to be asked. Dr Mani and Prof Dr Nurullah Bulbuller are ready to answer you straight back regarding any concerns. Overall my experience was great and it has changed my life. I would recommend this to anyone who is struggling with weight or wants bariatric surgery.

The hospital was clean, and everything was very well organised. So this is an honest review! I think the surgeons did a fantastic Job and thats what you need from a Bariatric surgery. Dr Mani did my Endoscopy followed by Dr Bulbuller doing the sleeve. I had Erin and a lovely girl (im sorry, whose name I can't remember) take care of translation and being there as I got my scans/dietician class done. The hospital was clean, and everything was very well organised. The nurses knew exactly how to take care of you. There was a point where I thought I was having a heart attack as the pain from the gastric sleeve travelled to my neck and left arm (I later found out this is completely normal), but because the nurses didn't speak perfect English I was worried they was not understanding me properly but they actually way. They did tell me it was normal but everyone thinks there is that one person who goes wrong with all I can say is they were sweethearts about it and took care of me very well. I will say though, despite that little scare I gave myself I was definitely in perfect hands, and should the nurses have noticed something off I can tell they would have sorted/treated asap. They were ever so kind and friendly too! There were a few other girls who went a similar time as me and the Drs wanted them to stay longer as their recoveries weren't as smooth as mine. (Not because of the surgery but down to the individual and how they tolerate pain etc) but it's good to know the Drs are happy to keep you in and take care of you. The food wasn't great but it never is when you first come out of surgery and can only have liquid. So they do quite well with what they can! Theres filtered water so water isnt a problem and the rooms either come with a spare bed or a comfortable pull-out sofa bed/armchair. Oh and even the anaesthetist and surgical team were very nice! Everyone was just so friendly and I'm very happy with my choice to have gone here over other places in Turkey. This is an authentic general private hospital, nothing all posh and fancy and it was the safeness of being in a hospital rather than a clinic that reassured me even more than I was in great hands. In fact, I loved them all that much I plan to get skin removal there. They also keep in contact over WhatsApp should I have any worries/fears or questions If I had to fault anything it would be that I had no fan facilities, and the air con didn't work in the winter month of February (18 degrees Celsius is warm for me). So if you suffer from heat like me you may want to take a small handheld fan!

The whole process in Turkey was amazing and something you will not regret. I can not fault New Me Health Clinic. The whole process in Turkey was amazing and something you will not regret. Booking the dates for the operation was done through WhatsApp and Dr Habibi answered every single question I had. I travelled on my own and he assured me that I would be well looked after. You are met at the airport by a lovely driver and taken to the hospital where you will start the process and be looked after by the kindest lady who will take you to your tests around the hospital and again, answer any questions you have. Their English was excellent. The sheer number and quality of the pre-assessment tests is remarkable in comparison to anything here in the UK. I really was utterly impressed with the care and I have worked in the NHS for many years. After being given the all-clear from the doctors, I had my gastric sleeve surgery. Everything was spotless and immaculate in the theatre before you are put to sleep. There was some pain afterwards but the nurses and surgeons are at hand with pain relief and getting you up and about as soon as possible. The room itself was immaculate. The cleaner comes to check your room several times throughout the day and is very pleasant and friendly. The whole experience was excellent. I have not stopped raving about the care and recommending the hospital to anyone. The aftercare is through WhatsApp with the surgeon, dietician and the agent and they are check in on you and your progress. I looked at other areas in Turkey to have this procedure but I am so glad I came here. I can not fault it.

I felt very at ease as everything is explained at each stage. I had a gastric sleeve for weight loss and decided on this clinic as recommended by a member of my family. The whole process was extremely well organised and Dr Mani and his team were so attentive and helpful. I was given a full medical MOT prior to my operation and I was very impressed by the modern equipment and the meticulous cleaning in place. I felt very at ease as everything is explained at each stage. Following surgery, Dr Mani checked in on me daily but everything was fine due to the nurse's efficiency with the medication. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. An informative lecture was given to me by dietitian Eren who has also been answering all my questions within an hour since returning home. I highly recommend my treatment and service at this clinic.
