Hair Transplant - Amazing Result I had a hair transplant here in September 22. I was recommended by a friend of a friend and really struggled to find reviews on the hospital online, I did find that patient communication was basic but all information was provided including hotels to book, I stayed at the Hilton which was amazing and only 5 mins car journey away from the hospital. The procedure was done on my second day the first day they took blood tests and showed how many grafts I would need (3000). The operation was done in a safe clean environment and I felt very safe at all times. 4 months on I would totally recommend this hospital I am British and have heard some horror story’s from Istanbul procedures however not here it was great. Thank you for such amazing service and also giving me such an amazing hair line I feel way more confident. If you are considering having a hair transplant here feel free to give me an email for any questions as I would of liked a few more details answered before I went.

The communication in this hospital is awful! My partner and his mother had treatment in this hospital ! They got excellent service by the doctor and nurses and for that I give the hospital 4 stars ! But my partner advised me there were transferring hospitals as mother suffered a stroke! He advised me they were transferring to Ankara /Antalya. Anyway I found they are still in Istanbul. So I sent letter to orginally hospital they were admitted too, but today the hospital refused the letter even though I know my partner and his mother are still in hospital. My partner and mother are in intensive care and can not leave they room. They refused to pay custom fee which was only 34.00 Turkish lira. So now it’s being returned to me! This hospital has been the worst hospital to communicate with. I’ve spoken to many hospitals in Turkey ! And the they friendly and very helpful! My partner can’t contact me due to contract he has with employer and I explained this to the hospital. And still they are unhelpful getting letter to my partner and his mother! I even emailed them saying I would reimburse charge. But they ignored email!!! They may have transferred to another one of the Florence nightingale hospitals , surely they could transfer the letter internally

I did my pcr test in this hospital 2 days ago at 8 pm ..they texted me with the results around 1 am so they were fast..the next day I went to take the printed version of the results. The nurses who were on the reception & sample collection were very nice..this was my experience with this hospital

I am writing this review on behalf of Lucian Ionescu, a pacient of Assoc. Prof. Erkan Kaba. Our experience with the doctor and his team was very succesful from both a professional and personal standpoint. Prof. Erkan is a very humane doctor who really connected with me as a patient and as a human, he saved my life from cancer and I am deeply grateful to him. As I said to him personally, to me God is in the sky and Erkan is on the Earth. Thank you, professor for preserving my life!
